He listens to his patients. The office staff are courteous, caring, and efficient. They too provide excellent service and listen to their patients. The X-rays were quick and painless and didn't take long at all - unlike some other dentists I have been to. Emily was the dental assistant and I was grateful that she was there. Very kind and she went out of her way to assure me that even though I'm ashamed of the condition of my teeth, their team had seen it all before and my painful abscess would be easy work. And it was! The dentist was great, very effective and no non-sense. He told me exactly what to expect and within an hour my pain levels dropped from a 7 to about a 2. When I woke up this morning I was pain free. My first time at aspen dental was a success and I think I found my new go to spot. I highly recommend to others.

No temp or waiting a week or two. It fit so perfectly that ZERO adjustments had to be made! Initially a few tears ago, I went to Mathew for a second opinion and he saved me from bad dental advice which I found impressive. This guy cares. And I didn't tell him why I was there initially. I let him see then I told him what I was advised. He already knew the issue and had already given my the advice I needed. He confirmed the reason I needed a second opinion. And once he explained what I knew to be right. He proved to me he didn't just pull teeth or advise items for quick money. And he cared how my teeth looked. He wasn't trying to move me like a profit item. And I have not had any issues getting fast service. If an opening happens. I am contacted immediately which has been a very welcomed experience. In the past, at other dentists, I was almost always given multiple shots to numb stuff. Because I felt it still as they drilled. And I was in massive pain. Matthew Lee knows the exact spots to inject. And The last work done on me only took one shot. Very carefully done and with only the slightest discomfort. Although discomfort can't be helped many times. I can say that he is the best dentist I have had and he does not fill up a tray of vials of chemicals because I can still feel stuff. He puts that one or two shots exactly where it needs to be. And trust me. That matters. I no longer get ten shots for a filling like I did before going to Matthew. I used to dread dental work. And I changed Dentist from moving and I had never found a good one that was this good till him. And Clean. Everything is very clean. That's huge. Mostly. I must say this man and this dentistry deserve praise. I have no complaints and know they value me. And I am treated as such. I have even had this dentists help for a transplant I needed. And places I went for my needed work were also good. And this dentist is always taking in information and will adjust if a person isn't getting the care outside at other facilities. That's real involvement. I have experienced good thing here. And I must say that his assistants are educated. They can point out stuff after a tooth cleaning that needs attention. This is important because they are also part of your care. And I have never been hurt having my teeth cleaned. Again. This has been appreciated. And fast. Matthew Lee is so skilled that he does really good work and doesn't drag it out. He knows a freshly drilled area needs to be cleaned and sealed. And he doesn't seem to miss a beat. Like I have said. I have been in many Dentist in several states including Colorado. I feel very comfortable going here for work on my teeth. And if I am recommended a rot canal I know its needed. And I never had one. I just had a broken crown repaired and another tooth fixed. And the visits between were just as good. This is what a dentist should be.

They are really quite wonderful. Be forewarned, however, because if you are a baseball aficionado, you might find yourself getting a little jealous, sitting there in the waiting room. I have been treated by Dr. Bobier himself, as well as two other dentists, and of course a hygienist. They have all been amiable as well as professional. I dare you to find better in this area. At Dental Care, I was given a treatment plan that seemed to include crowns on nearly every tooth, which felt very excessive and overwhelming. At another dental office, I was treated much better. I didn't feel judged, and the staff seemed more focused on preserving my natural teeth and finding other practical treatment options. After being evaluated there, I was told that I only needed two crowns and that the remaining teeth could be treated with fillings. The second dentist quoted me a fraction of the price I was given here. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major or expensive dental treatment. The staff at the new clinic also mentioned that many of their patients come to them for second opinions after receiving treatment plans from Dental Care, which made my experience feel even less isolated. To the dentists here, you guys should be more concerned about SAVING natural teeth than replacing them with fake teeth! I genuinely have no more words to express how betrayed I feel. I have used an alias to remain anonymous because I would not like to be contacted about this matter since I feel like I can no longer trust you guys at all.

Anything to do with my mouth/teeth was of interest to me. I'm sure I've spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years, and more, keeping up with my tooth issues. Money was not an issue . . . I could always find the money if I could find a person to do the job better for me. This brings me to Dr. Nick Shumaker, with Northern Colorado Periodontic, on Boardwalk, in Fort Collins. I just dropped in one day and chatted with the receptionist about Dr. Shumaker. His office/waiting area was immaculate and he staff all seemed very professional, so, in spite of a lack of reviews or personal recommendations, I gave him a try. At first, his work was great. Beyond great, as a matter of fact. I came to trust him implicity, and liked him personally as well. What he recommended, I let him do. One day, he told me I should have one of my molars extracted, and explained why. He was right, of course . . . it just needed to come out. Well, he did it well enough, *except* that he clipped a nerve or something that has caused major changes in my mouth. I called his office and told them of the problem. It wasn't long before he called me back. He agreed that he had (obviously) done something that he shouldn't have. It's been over six months now, and I keep hoping that the tingling and numbness and constant dry mouth will stop, but it hasn't yet. I gave him two stars because of the decent work he did before the unfor- tunate clipping of my nerve. His work wasn't generally terrible. It's not like Dr. Shumaker is a cut-rate periodontist. From his pricing, I would say he would be at the top of his profession. From experience, I will give him two-stars, nice guy or not. Nice really doesn't matter to me, as it seems to others. Don't care. I just expect the job to be done right, but it wasn't. It just wasn't. My current dentist tells me the problem "might resolve in a year or so". Well, that's just great. (Did you catch the sarcasm there?) I can only hope that it will. In the meantime, I have found another periodontist. (There are over a dozen close by!) I guess time will tell.

This whole ordeal started when I had a bad tooth and they were able to get me in the next day. Well…read moreaccording to Dr. Ramos I had 2 that were needing extracted. I didn't doubt that at the time. After the extraction he talks to me about the rest and asked what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted a mouth full of teeth that didn't cause me any problems. He talked me into dentures which I was a bit hesitant about but with his encouragement I went ahead and agreed. A month or so later I went back and had 21 teeth pulled in less than an hour. He shoved a pair of ill fitting dentures in my mouth and sent me on my way. He tells me I get 4 realignment's if needed. I went back after a few months of healing and not eating to have them realigned. Didn't work so another month rolls by and I go back and again the realignment didn't work. Third time I go and he charges me $180 bucks so we could save a couple for when I get the permeant dentures. Months go by and I never hear from them so I call and ask what's up and they say they've waiting on me to make up my mind about implants. Keep in mind that I've told him many times I didn't want implants. So finally I go back and he tells me that the $6380.00 that I've paid doesn't cover the permanent dentures! He wants another $2000.00 outta me. I raised a little hell and he says he will make it right and only charge me $1200.00 for the permanent dentures that were supposed to be covered in the original $6200.00. Then after 4 or 5 more visits he finally hands me this pair of dentures. The tops are a different shade of white from the bottoms and the fit is not good. At this point I didn't give a damn I just wanted done with this guy. The office staff was great, no complaints there but Dr. Ramos is a joke. I have yet to eat a whole meal without some issue with these teeth. Looking back I never would have gotten dentures at least not from Greeley Modern Dentistry and Dr. Ramos. 0 stars if I could. Also when I got the dentures Dr. Ramos did a checkup that lasted .02 seconds and who knows what he charged my insurance.

I took my 6-year-old daughter here months back, and she needed a filling. All was fine until they…read moretried fitting the crown on. They spent 45 minutes as the pain meds were wearing off trying to fit the crown on. The dentist was becoming visibly frustrated, and finally gave up trying as my daughter was clearly starting to become uncomfortable as the pain medication was wearing off and her jaw was tired. And then, instead of doing anything to remedy it or having us come back another time to finish the job, the dentist pretended all was fine and sent us on our way after collecting our money to avoid a bruised ego. After such a negative experience, we changed dentists, and I was not going to comment further, but I feel like now I need to. The new dentist looked at the tooth at my daughter's next dental cleaning and told us that it should have been fit for a crown and not left exposed, but at this point, all we could do was wait and see if any problems arise or pull it. We opted to wait to try to avoid losing the tooth prematurely. It ended up infected and had to be pulled. I am so disappointed with the dentist at this location who worked on my daughter, and the awful job that was done. Not to mention, after leaving a google review, the complete lack of care or accountability for what happened. I trusted this dentist with my child, and this experience has opened my eyes to the fact that just because somebody is a "professional," does not mean that they will put my child's best interests ahead of their own ego. I would absolutely not recommend taking any child to this dentist.

I loved the staff, very friendly at the front desk. Erin helped me figure out my insurance stuff and get all settled. Dr. Stewart was awesome, as well as all of his hygienists. I didn't encounter one single person who didn't smile. Every visit was nice, and everything was explained to me super clearly from start to finish as well as cost. They've got a happy customer willing to make the hour drive, that's for sure! My favorite part? That ceiling tv!!!
