Don't bother with this chiropractor who is more interested in himself than his patients. would never recommended him or his associates. I refused to sign his cancellation policy so he refused to treat me after being his patient for a year. It is illegal to have me sign the policy as long as he verbally provides the policy. Dr. Reading and his staff are wonderful. I have tried two other chiropractors in town before him and I can definitely see and feel a difference. I have never had a bad experience, but I am not good about going regularly either. After feeling some numbness in my arms and hands while sleeping, he was able to fix the issues after repeated sessions. I feel like Dr. Reading takes his time and makes it feel like he has no other place he has to be. Never have I felt rushed through and he is truly concerned about what's going on and how he can help. The Message therapist are fun and comforting. When I am in pain they get me in very quickly and I feel amazing after my visits. I received a gift certificate for a massage . I went in and got no longer Massage . When I was done I went to the desk to pay my remaining balance. And ask them "so I don't OU anymore money "and they said" no you are good.". And then I got a bill in the mail saying I owe them $20. If I owe them $20 why didn't they charge me correctly? Dr Logan Reading has worked wonders for me! I used to have constant hip pain. Dr Reading recommended a series of appointments to disperse accumulated scar tissue and I can honestly say, I have not had ANY pain since finishing the treatments! He has helped me be able to sit and walk with no pain and I will always be grateful! I still see him periodically to help with my headaches and neck pain caused from strain/stress and I almost always feel better when I leave his office. The "one star" reflects the treatments and care that Dr. Reading provided (October/November/ December 2017). I achieved results for chronic neck and shoulder pain after the treatments twice weekly. However, I was charged a "non-negotiable" $15 for each visit that I believed to be a "co-pay", and never appeared as co-pays on my Medicare or CALPERS Anthem Blue Cross EOB's. And as it turns out Medicare or CALPERS Anthem Blue Cross denied portions of several of the claims due to "coding" issues. CALPERS Anthem Blue Cross told me to have Rachael resubmit/correct the codes for the denials to Medicare, then they would review/consider the new codes. After much effort on my part/phone calls to Racheal, she was still hesitant to do so because of the difficulty and time she would have to spend. She told me that she would do so when she had time. I asked that she call me once she had submitted the corrected codes but I have not heard from her. And the denied claims remain on the EOB's for both Medicare and CALPERS Anthem Blue Cross. I assume that I will either have to pay the denials amounts once I receive a bill, or I will have to file appeals with Medicare and CALPERS Anthem Blue Cross. This is unacceptable since coding and billing properly is the responsibility of the provider. I have to conclude that perhaps Integrated Health is "overcharging" and their patient/customer service is simply no-existent. What is regrettable is that Dr. Reading's treatments provided me with results but I will not return for any future treatment because of what I experienced. And I will never recommend Integrated Health to anyone. read more

So here's the thing... I am super disappointed with this office. I went there for several months. The office staff was perfectly friendly. The massages were okay. The adjustments so-so... I would probably have kept going if they had not told me that my insurance had stopped covering the massage portion of my visits, which was more important to me than the adjustments. At that time, they told me that I was now responsible for four months worth of cash pay price for massages that I had received, believing all the while that they were covered. Had I known during that time that my insurance had stopped paying for them, I wouldn't have continued going. I suggested that it should just be written off as a business loss, but they said that was absolutely not an option. So they billed me $260 all at once for services that I thought were already paid for. There was an insert in the bill that said that if need to work out a payment plan, to let them know. I requested a detailed account of where that amount came from, and told them that I wouldn't be paying until I received the itemized billing. That took them about a month to send to me. Then I took about a month to send them a partial payment. I sent them $100 at the beginning of December, with a note attached to please bill me for the remainder. I also called the office at that time and spoke with Rachel. I told her that I had sent a payment, and asked her to bill me for the rest. She agreed and thanked me for letting her know. Since then, I have not received any additional bills from them. Fast forward to today, and lo and behold, I have a letter from collections in the mail for the remaining amount that they NEVER BILLED ME FOR! Suffice it to say, I'm extremely angry with them right now. 1. If the patient's insurance stops paying, tell the patient sooner so they don't continue to come for appointments that are not being paid for. 2. If you say you're willing to work on a payment plan, do it. Don't send the bill to collections without ever trying to bill the patient for the remainder, as you indicated you would. I am so livid right now. Terrible business practices! I will absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. The massages and adjustments were mediocre at best, and they clearly have no problem whatsoever with screwing you over. read more

This place is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk always greet me by name. They have been great about scheduling and rescheduling my appointments around my work schedule. Dr. Reading is very personable and takes the time to not only ask me how I'm feeling (and listen to the answer) but to explain what he is going to do and why. After only 5 visits, I had a 95% reduction in pain from a rotator cuff injury, which is more than what I experienced after going to the same number of physical therapy appointments. I always look forward to my visits as I know I will leave feeling better than when I went in. read more

I am on my 4th appointment now with acupuncture with Adrian and he has been great! Each time I go in, on top of acupuncture, he introduces a new technique to help with different areas, things like the electro therapy I believe it is called! He is very cautious with what he is doing and is responsive to your pain and finding the right spot to help! read more

I'm really disappointed by the way this place runs their business. My husband was set up on a payment plan and was receiving treatment on a regular basis. He didn't receive any additional bills and repeatedly asked the billing department if he owed a balance, and each time he was told that his insurance was pending. This went on for months, and approximately six months later, after not receiving any invoices, he asked again and at that time he was told he had a significant balance. I questioned their way of business, however, they didn't seem concerned about their shady billing practices and the person who does their billing simply stated she doesn't send out bills for people on auto-pay. When asked at what point she was thinking about sending an invoice, she responded she sends invoices when asked by the client, which my husband had been doing for months. I just want to warn others that this place has major credibility issues with regard to their billing. Had they been forthright from the beginning, we would likely still be going there for treatment. read more

I have been regularly going to Dr Reading's practice for a few years now. He and his staff are amazing! Always friendly and warm. I love how Dr Reading uses different techniques for each individual based on their specific problem. He really listens and pays attention. He has top notch massage therapists in his practice as well. I always look forward to my massages and adjustments! I believe that my adjustments and massage therapy have helped in my quest for better health and has freed me from pain many times. Make sure to keep close track of each office visit you go to because the office staff surely wont!!!!! I had to return for several followup appointments at the doctors request which exceeded the visits my insurance covered. When I received the bill, I contacted the office and asked if they checked eligibility prior to appts. The office staff claimed they "always" check eligibility but failed to tell me I was not covered for that visit and also charged me a copayment. I left Dr. Reading a msg to return my call, he never called me back. Two weeks later I followed up and asked to speak to him again. The office employee was rude and said that he said he wasn't going to speak to me. I have been going to Dr. Readings office for almost TEN years. You would think he would take the time to hear his patients concerns. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR STAFF FOR BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I will take my business elsewhere. read more
