I called back to clarify coverage, and she scheduled an appointment for my husband. I then had to remind her that the appointment was for both of us before she added me. We have kids and had to arrange childcare, including having a family member take time off work, so getting to this appointment took real effort. When we arrived, she reviewed our insurance card and immediately questioned our deductible, saying she was going to charge us and that we needed to know our deductible for future visits. When we suggested calling the insurance company, my husband did so and confirmed that our chiropractic care is covered at 100% with no deductible. Instead of handling this professionally, she appeared surprised and said she had "never heard of that," and that "she's been around a long time", followed by, "It'd be nice if they paid me back at 100%," in a sarcastic and rude tone. She then asked where my husband works and made comments implying that he must be "high up" to have good insurance. This felt inappropriate and judgmental. She then proceeded by saying that he must have been in the right place at the right time. Immediately, we felt offended. When we explained that it comes from hard work, not luck, the interaction became even more uncomfortable. The overall experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome. We did not feel respected as patients. After everything, we chose to leave without receiving care. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to experience the doctor's adjustments due to how Tracy spoke to us. I'm not sure why our experience was so different from how this office is portrayed in other reviews. Tracy was NOT helpful, and by the time we left, we felt more tense than when we arrived. Between the scheduling issues, misinformation about insurance, and disrespectful comments, this was not an environment we were comfortable in. We do not recommend this office based on our experience.

I felt disconnected from my body, scared for future births and everyday life, and unsure of what my new normal would be. Working with her completely changed that. She helped me truly understand and connect with my pelvic floor in a way I hadn't before. Through breath work and exercises, I was able to actually relax my pelvic floor when it was stuck in a tense but weak state almost all the time. She helped me gain awareness and confidence in my body - I can now connect with my pelvic floor with barely any effort whereas it used to take all my concentration. The heaviness I was feeling improved so much after even one session, but with the continued work the heaviness has stayed away (I'm almost 11months postpartum now)! If you're having any pelvic floor pain or problems (at any point not just pregnancy or postpartum), she is absolutely worth the investment. I have had major back issues, leading to multiple surgeries for fusions, disc work, and an artificial disk replacement, and have muscle issues and pinch nerves all over my back. When I have a flair, Tan uses his majestic anatomy knowledge and massage techniques to bring relief. One thing to keep in mind is that Tan is an amazing neuromuscular/massage therapist and uses specific techniques to find all the right trigger points, stretches and body work that is FAR beyond your typical massage. Majestic Therapy provides some of the best therapy that you can get; however, there should be an expectation/understanding that the therapy is almost a cross between physical therapy and several other treatment techniques, not your normal Swedish or deep tissue massage.
