I called back to clarify coverage, and she scheduled an appointment for my husband. I then had to remind her that the appointment was for both of us before she added me. We have kids and had to arrange childcare, including having a family member take time off work, so getting to this appointment took real effort. When we arrived, she reviewed our insurance card and immediately questioned our deductible, saying she was going to charge us and that we needed to know our deductible for future visits. When we suggested calling the insurance company, my husband did so and confirmed that our chiropractic care is covered at 100% with no deductible. Instead of handling this professionally, she appeared surprised and said she had "never heard of that," and that "she's been around a long time", followed by, "It'd be nice if they paid me back at 100%," in a sarcastic and rude tone. She then asked where my husband works and made comments implying that he must be "high up" to have good insurance. This felt inappropriate and judgmental. She then proceeded by saying that he must have been in the right place at the right time. Immediately, we felt offended. When we explained that it comes from hard work, not luck, the interaction became even more uncomfortable. The overall experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome. We did not feel respected as patients. After everything, we chose to leave without receiving care. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to experience the doctor's adjustments due to how Tracy spoke to us. I'm not sure why our experience was so different from how this office is portrayed in other reviews. Tracy was NOT helpful, and by the time we left, we felt more tense than when we arrived. Between the scheduling issues, misinformation about insurance, and disrespectful comments, this was not an environment we were comfortable in. We do not recommend this office based on our experience.

My father in law was repeatedly telling staff that he could not breathe. His daughter was called…read moreand told that staff could not calm him down. By the time she arrived, he had called 911 himself from his cell phone because he was still struggling to breathe. What made the situation worse was that a staff member told his daughter that she had spoken with a director and that he would not be welcome back if he left by ambulance because of the way he was acting and because he had called 911 himself. He was not simply being difficult or agitated. He was transported to the hospital and found to be in acute hypoxic respiratory failure and suffering an NSTEMI. His condition was serious enough that he was intubated and placed on mechanical ventilation in the emergency department and then admitted to the ICU. The hardest part for our family to accept is that he was repeatedly saying he could not breathe, yet the situation appeared to be treated primarily as a problem of calming him down. He ultimately had to call 911 himself. We are also extremely troubled that calling 911 for emergency medical help was reportedly used as a reason to tell his daughter he would not be welcome back. We have submitted a formal complaint regarding what happened. Based on our family's experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

I have gone a few times for general adjustments when I feel a bit off. The adjustments always seem to get me back to 100%. Recently I went for an issue with my elbow. Between weights and jiu jitsu I get pretty torn up. Dr. M was able to fix this up also. She has the skill and equipment to fix you up. She is priced really fairly. Dr. M is who I see when I need to get back to 100%.

This non-surgical decompression treatment along with the Matrix tens unit and hyper-barrack therapy have helped me gain mobility and has significantly reduced my pain.
