After many years and price increases and Revised Guidelines, the Insurance Company was unable to offer a Renewal of the Homeowner Policy (due to the age of the home). They offered a Replacement Offer with a distant Broker. Didn't make sense to go that route. Had State Farm Insurance on previous homes in the past, so decided to contact the local State Farm Insurance company for a quote. Happy to say that working with Kevin Crane at Jay Jefferson Agency of State Farm Insurance, was able to attain Homeowner Insurance with a substantial savings for nearly the same coverage as previously - actually better coverage!
