The second deck was never permitted. He led me to believe he would get all permits with the town which turned out to be false. I attempted to get a hold of him over and over but never replied. We've sold the home but now it's already cost me over $4k to resolve the COA but still ongoing. I asked him to meet me at my appt which was 15 mins away so I could pay him. He charged me a very reasonable price and when I got home I saw that he did and excellent job on the storm door. He added some extra screws. We get crazy wind and weather and now I don't have to worry about the door falling off and glass all over the place.
