Specialties
David Lintonbon & Emily Ho are London based specialists in manual medicine, focused on providing individual and family health-care. Working in the field of manual medicine for over 30 years David and Emily have developed a unique style and approach to treatment. By combining their skills in both acupuncture & manual therapy allows them to focus on the individual needs of the patient. With both practitioners working on the patient at the same time, they narrow in on the core tissues that are causing the patient discomfort. Targeted and coordinated combinations of techniques are applied.
By working in tandem together the treatment session draws on the experience of both practitioners to achieve a global approach to treatment thereby making a more effective use of time, speeding up recovery and healing. This ensures that treatment can be tailored to the specific needs of the patient. With both practitioners working on the patient at the same time, the tissues causing the patient pain and the associated maintaining factors can both be eased. This makes for a more efficient system of diagnosis and treatment in one session. This also includes acupuncture, lifestyle, exercise and rehabilitation advice as well as referral to allied health professions.
We provide acupuncture a traditional therapy in which fine needles are inserted into specific points on the body to alleviate various symptoms or conditions in conjunction with manual medicine techniques.
