My dog notifies me when someone is there. They refuse to send someone out, they want me to fix everything. Not my job, I'm a psychology student, not an alarm installer. They are changing over $300.00 a month and it doesn't even work. Do not use this company. I am getting an attorney to sue for money already paid, the removal of the system and repairs to the wall they made holes in to install the control panel. Yes RING is more expensive but this proves you get what you pay for. This is a scam company, their customer service isn't even in the United States. Beware.
