My doctor (Dr. Rajah Din) especially had excellent bedside manner; exceptionally compassionate and informative. My only problem was the billing. I got a bill from loddy doddy and everybody. Anthesis, facility, Dr. Din ( his office continues to harrass me about $13...Of which I have paid more than once. In fact the Endoscopy Center owes me a large refund. They muscled me out of over $1,300 the day of my procedure. What was I gona do...already cleaned out and ready to go. My insurance paid again. ....now it has been weeks and still no refund.....just someone will be in touch with you soon.

My latest placement brought me to this facility. Like many of the doctors in the area, they don't have a lab in-office, but have the basics for getting an annual physical. As a new member, I had to fill out some forms, and then the medical assistant weighed me and measured my height. In the past, I've had to face the wall for those, and this time I faced away from the wall... that's new for me! And my blood pressure was taken with one of the small machines, not one of the big ones. Is that the new trend? I always considered the big machines the 'professional' ones for the office, and the small ones were for personal use. I'm willing to bet studies showed there's no significant difference between the two. And then my EKGs got taken... seamless process. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hassan. He was very professional, open to any questions or concerns, and overall a nice guy. He sent me off to get lab work done nearby, and then I returned to discuss those results. He kept it 100% and didn't immediately want to prescribe medicine for some high numbers I have... I appreciate his expertise. For anyone in the area, I can't find a reason to recommend someone besides Dr. Hassan.

Though they have some good doctors…read morethere, it's the worst worst worst of the worst customer service in DC area. these people never ever answer the goddamn phone. we are patients/ customers calling with an emergency , but they wouldn't answer the phone. it's been happening for many years. i even talked to the manager of the building a hispanic female, i talked to the doctor about it. but still no one answers the phone . when i was there i have heard many parities being upset for not answering the phone calls. if you have an option to go somewhere else please do that and do yourself a favor. i had to literally drive 20 miles for some that that would be a 2 minutes phone call.

My wait time was delayed due to internet outage. The office was spacious , and clean. Parking is free ,but can be crowded. I'm happy about my first visit. I asked if front desk staff changed when I made my appointment I was told yes. Update had an in person visit that I was very specific wanting as follow up, I was scheduled as televisit. I called office and couldn't get in touch with front Desk but spoke with call taker . The link for tele visits is apparently automated and hadn't received link .I asked what are steps should the link not come through : I was asked to reschedule. For this I'm giving office one stars . I called two many times just to try and get through to speak with doctors. Never again

When one cannot lay down to obtain a traditional MRI, this is an amazing solution…read more So sorry it is not available in Northern Virginia and we had to go GReenbelt for my husbands. It was very accessible and well managed but one must be patient for results. We would always go there if we had a back issue that prevented normal MRI procedure of laying on ones back just because of distance to travel.

I had an appointment at Washington Open MRI on June 15, 2026…read moremy appointment was scheduled for 11:45 AM at the Greenbelt location, I arrived on time, the receptionist informed me that it was a 30-minute delay, I was seen at 2:18 PM!, Once I got in the back the Technician did not want to give me a gown to I had to ask for it, and even then she said" you are only removing your Bra so you can keep your T shirt on" I stated to her the other location in Oxon Hill always offers me a gown to cover myself, she then said well if you want a gown you can get one but you only have to remove your bra and you can keep your T shirt on. This is the worst experience I ever had was Washington Open MRI I will never go to this location again
