Had to get a new doctor! Ever since I left Kaiser over a decade ago (insurance), I have not been able to keep a consistent doctor since they would just leave unexpectedly :(. My latest placement brought me to this facility. Like many of the doctors in the area, they don't have a lab in-office, but have the basics for getting an annual physical. As a new member, I had to fill out some forms, and then the medical assistant weighed me and measured my height. In the past, I've had to face the wall for those, and this time I faced away from the wall... that's new for me! And my blood pressure was taken with one of the small machines, not one of the big ones. Is that the new trend? I always considered the big machines the 'professional' ones for the office, and the small ones were for personal use. I'm willing to bet studies showed there's no significant difference between the two. And then my EKGs got taken... seamless process. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hassan. He was very professional, open to any questions or concerns, and overall a nice guy. He sent me off to get lab work done nearby, and then I returned to discuss those results. He kept it 100% and didn't immediately want to prescribe medicine for some high numbers I have... I appreciate his expertise. For anyone in the area, I can't find a reason to recommend someone besides Dr. Hassan. read more

Dr. Hassan is a great care provider and excellent physician. He's very quick to know patients exact medical issues, and provides the most appropriate needs. Dr. Hassan is truly a doctor that cares. How many doctors do you know that will follow up or check in with you when they are on vacation? How many doctors asks you if there is anything else you would like to discuss before you leave the exam room? I truly appreciate him and tell him that "I love my doctor" often. His staff are super and very efficient. I suggest that if you are looking for a truly caring doctor and staff please check him out!!! read more

06/06/2023 This was my first time visiting this urgent care center. I found Dr.Sherif Hassan easy to communicate with. He was able to diagnose the reason of my symptoms effectively and explained the treatment in an easy language to understand. August 2022, we are from another State here on vacation, daughter has a sore throat and fever. I looked online for walk-in urgent care near us (we are camping) and found Maryland Primary and Urgent Care. The website stated they take walks in's - we drove 20 minutes to get there when they opened only to see a sign on the door saying "no walk-ins." I called and was informed due to her symptoms (sore throat and runny nose), she would need a negative PCR test to be seen. First, if you are in urgent care, you take any symptomatic person; second, if you are not taking walk-ins, you change your website to say that (or explain that you don't take walk-ins with COVID systems), so people don't drive miles to your location. You are located in a "touristy" area. My daughter had COVID a month ago and tested negative on a home test the night before, I just wanted urgent care to rule out strep, so if it was positive for strep, she could get on an antibiotic as we are still five days away from returning home. Very poor business and marketing. Update your website, and don't call yourself urgent care if you don't take sick people!!!!!!!! read more

I am giving one star because they don't accept walk-in patients on Friday and only until noon Monday through Thursday. I thought this was urgent care. Doesn't seem to be urgent care. This review is not for services as I could not get in. read more

I've been to a few urgent care clinics, and I definitely think this one is better than the rest. It's small and quiet, which I like. There's no obnoxious TV blaring. The receptionist is genuinely nice. The doctor is pleasant enough and seems intelligent and competent, and takes the time to listen and explain things. I've been here a couple times and it's my default doctor for now. A visit costs $100 without insurance, which seems to be the standard for this kind of thing. read more

It was very easy to get an appointment, the check in process was easy, and Dr. Hassan quickly diagnosed what was ailing me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will likely go back in the future. My only complaint is that they need to update their address information on both the web and on yelp. read more

Went to see Dr. Hassan as my new primary care Doctor. Would not regret my choice. He is very professional and detailed. I had a full annual physical and was out of the office in 45 minutes after getting an EKG , blood and urine tests. Well trained and pleasant staff. Will always recommend him. read more

I appreciate the need to learn; however, at some point it would have been helpful for someone else to take over (eventually they did). Once taken back, the RN that assisted us was super kind and gentle with our son. He took the time to answer any questions that we had. The NP was kind and listened to our concerns. We were advised we would receive a follow up call, as of late (it's been 5 days) and that hasn't occurred. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience, at PM. The location is close to my home, I can make an appointment if needed, the staff are kind, the location is clean and they did a great job caring for my kid.

Came for a COVID test on a Thursday morning…read more I went on the website on Tuesday - registered and specified my date to come in and time. I was called that evening and confirmed my appt. This location is on the 2nd floor, right above the IHOP. Free parking I went in and filled out a short questionnaire and waited my turn to be called in. The clipboard will tell you the number of which you will be called. I was #5 by the time I walked in. You specify which type of test you want. I wanted the rapid test. The nurse swabbed me and I was on my way. They send you the results in email, and she said it may take up to the end of the day. I went in the back for my test @ 820 and had my results an hour later.
