I called to speak to an on call Dr or Nurse to know if i needed to schedule an appt for Monday coming or simply head to the ER. I called 3019534574 as directed by the prompt. I was connected to what sounded like an older woman. Now again, endometriosis causes severe sometimes excruciating pain to the point where i can stand let alone raise my voice. Instead of asking for my DOB as usual she begins to in a sarcastic tone ask me other questions. So i attempt to answer but she says "i can't hear u" so i give her my information. She then states "what number can you be called back in?" Why would i call to speak to an on call Dr or Nurse only to be told i need to have a call back? She then proceeds to raise her voice at me so i hung up because the pain is enough. I replaced the call and simply asked to speak to someone above her and she proceeds to step all the way out of her character but got upset when i told her i would be reporting this. The fact that she screamed "I AM THE SUPERVISOR" made it all the more unprofessional. I work in healthcare. Veterinary and Human alike. I dint even treat animals like this. If a patient is calling to speak to an on call Physician clearly there is an issue to be resolved. I will be contacting every corporate office possible because this is beyond disgusting behavior.

He is thorough, respectful, and very knowledgeable. On the administrative side, there can be problems. My first visit exhibited no problem, and my second interaction was a home sleep study after which it was a bit difficult to get Dr Nanavaty's report (which I eventually received directly from him). My third interaction was a series of failed attempts to schedule a followup visit: I could never get someone from the staff to answer the phone, when I left voicemail messages they were not returned, and after I sent a digital message through the web portal, it was returned several days later. If this had been a time-sensitive request, the office's unresponsiveness would have been a major problem. In this case, it was a time-consuming nuisance that led to me giving up scheduling a followup since I'm doing better now.

What could have been a frightening and overwhelming experience instead became something I'll always remember for the compassion and professionalism shown to me. Every single person we encountered treated me with patience, kindness, and urgency. I never once felt like "just another patient." I felt cared for. PA Patel, who stitched my hand, was extraordinary. He was meticulous and deliberate in his work, but what stood out even more was how he treated me and my wife throughout the procedure. He explained everything as he went, answered our questions without hesitation, and maintained a calm, steady presence that gave us confidence and reassurance. You could tell he takes pride in doing things the right way -- not just clinically, but humanely. And Nurse Nick brought something just as important -- warmth and humanity. She was upbeat and genuinely kind, taking the time to connect with me as a person. That kind of personal care means almost as much as the medical expertise. Came to the ER here very unexpectedly while in the area. I'm not from Virginia and had no idea what…read moreto expect. Cons: no live wait time on website, registration staff who truly DGAF, dirty waiting area Wait time: 2.3 hours just to get into an exam room (I was balled up in a corner in pain and begged for a blanket because it was cold inside and 50 degrees outside. They triaged me, took blood and urine and had me remain in the waiting room. Once I actually got into an exam room, things started to move more quickly. Care: Dr. Sidara was actually the saving grace here. He was incredibly nice and thorough, spoke to me with respect and care, and worked to address my issues as soon as possible. He was even able to pull info from past doctors visits, which included a slight ear infection and double checked my ears while I was there to make sure he didn't miss anything further. I won't go into all of the details of what he discovered, but had he not caught one thing in particular, I might still be in excruciating pain. What I didn't like is the fact that I was in an exam room for maybe 30 minutes, then they took me to get a CT. And once I finished the CT, I was not taken back to the exam room, but taken to the "results waiting" room. There, my IV hung in front of me, without being connected, for about an hour. When all of my results were back, the doctor returned to me and told me all the findings and the plan moving forward. I do wish they would have kept me overnight so that I could continue to be monitored and receive pain management medication, but I understand that's not necessarily typical treatment for what I was experiencing. Shortly after the doctor checked in with me, my discharge papers were drafted, and I was on my way out. I was there from 3:50-9 p.m. ish.

The way they inform you of your appointment and care are awesome from the check in to the check out. The office is very clean and well decorated. I have never had such an wonderful experience seeing a office for my mental health. I felt that I was truly listened to and I look forward to my next visit. I feel like I received excellent care and I was also emailed ALL the information regarding my visit and my care. I would easily give this place 10 stars.
