I dealt directly with Jared Bowler, the director of the company. I signed the contract, provided credit card payment information and was told that everything would be handled. I was given a login to their website to leave instructions and information about his needs. I entered all the instructions and never heard that there was a problem. On the morning of the first day they were to provide service no one showed up. I texted Mr. Bowler twice with no reply and finally was able to reach him by phone. He told me he had no one to take care of my father. If I had left on vacation as planned my father would have had no care and could have died. Mr. Bowler stated that I should just drop him off at a senior care facility! He said he had known in advance that no one would be available but he made absolutely no attempt to reach me. At the last minute a neighbor stepped up and volunteered to cover his meals for us. This completely made our vacation stress filled and miserable. I would never recommend this uncaring business.

They did not know how to roll a patient to give a bed bath, they didn't know how to place a patient in the bed so the patient did not slide down. I had to fire a caregiver for not changing her gloves after cleaning up a bm. Her boss was called the first time she did this but he said nothing to her. The second time she spread feces all over the bed with her dirty gloves. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. I am giving one star only because the site won't let me give no stars.

I feel like this company from the ownership on down are so responsive, respectful, and I felt they really cared how I was. Always checking on me. The workers were very kind and respectful. They were as friendly as I liked to be. Even though many times I needed changes or last minute due to the pain. There ALWAyS accommodated me with great professionals. My last surgery was May and I still use them. The hardest service is going into someone's home, deal with meds and a patient in pain and actually make you feel really cared for. The best !!!!

She needs little to no supervision. She looks to see what needs to be done and does it. If she needs any direction, she will ask for it.
