I scheduled Integrated Tree Pros to come out and take a look at our project. They were the only ones who got back to me quickly and showed up on time. They gave me a very competitive bid on trimming my two cherry trees and cutting down and removing the stumps of the Chinese Elms that had taken over my backyard. I was able to schedule easily with Dakota and when they got to my house they had everything set up quickly and they were very careful of my flowers as well. They got everything done faster than I thought possible and explained more about why trimming my cherry trees on a schedule was important. After they pruned my cherry trees we had the first big harvest we had ever gotten from those trees. 10 out of ten would recommend them. EXPERT SKILL AND PROFESSIONALISM PROVIDED AT A REASONABLE RATE. Integrated Tree Pros promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate when I called about my challenging tree removal job. David made helpful suggestions and seemed motivated to help permanently solve the tree problems in my yard; with no pressure to add services I didn't want, such as stump removal. Instead, I accepted his suggestion that he could apply an herbicide to the cut stumps to prevent the trees from growing back. He took the time to explain what the job would entail, such as the use of a compact tractor to navigate my steeply sloped lot to remove the heavy elm logs and other large debris from the back of the property. He provided a reasonable quote for service during the initial visit. I was able to schedule service for the following week. The job was scheduled for two full days. This difficult job involved removing several very large trees (diameter of the trunk of a willow tree was 43") and about a dozen medium sized trees; as well as trimming an Elm and a very large Cottonwood that was overhanging the roof. This job also involved removing a large spruce tree too close to the house, as well as a huge Honey Locust next to a fence, and a challenging Elm close to a cedar shed. Several trees had limbs intertwined with the power line drop to the house. David stressed that he would be on site during the job to supervise the team of around eight guys. Every member of the team I spoke with was pleasant and professional. Integrated Tree Professionals showed up to start the job right on time every day. Actually, they showed up the afternoon before the scheduled day because they had finished the previous job early. This was a relief to me, because the weather forecast was tight. The work was efficiently completed in a little less than the two estimated work days, These tree ninjas with chainsaws used ropes to safely drop the large branches with precision to avoid damaging fences and other things on the property. I never could have believed that any company could have performed as well as did "The Tree Pros". The monster in my back yard was so big and so old, it stood tall and defiant only begging to be matched against any and all warriors having the gall to accept the challenge: it wasn't even close! The crew from Integrated Tree Professionals climbed high, cut precisely, and humbly lowered the might giant right before my eyes. And then it was time for lunch. Experience with Urban was very unsatisfactory. Called to get quote on removing tree. Company set day and time for estimate and I made special arrangements to be there. After 15 minute wait I called to see if they were coming. Was informed they were on the way. After another 45 minutes called again and was told they had copied address incorrectly and now could not provide estimate. read more

After dealing with the owner where he accosted my wife with abusive language and anger. I would never deal with these guys again. Although the workers were professional courteous and expedient. The owner absolutely did not care for the damage that was done to my property by his crew. I lost 3 sprinkler lines which I am still watering my property by hand. My fence post on my man door has been trashed. The latch has been broken on this fence. And my lawn has been decimated. All the while the owner of the company only had the fortitude to yell at my wife telling me that it was my problem without speaking to me. After getting bids from 4 different arborists, I went with Urban Oaks. One bid was a bit cheaper and 2 others were in the same range as Urban Oaks. Dakota and his crew seemed the most legit so I went with UO. I live in the marmalade district where houses are stacked on each other and we had two huge trees to remove in our small backyard (one tree was completely dead). This crew is completely competent to do a complicated job. The Urban Oaks crew came when they said that would, they did the job quickly and safely, there was no damage to property, and they tidied up the yard before they left. I highly recommend this crew. We had a tree fall on the back of our house in a wind storm a couple weeks ago. Needless to say this was stressful. I called several tree companies, but Dakota was quick to respond and said he would be out that afternoon to take care of it. Mind you, this was a huge tree and needed to be lifted with a crane. This was a very huge task, and honestly I didn't know how they were going to do it. They not only took our tree, but the neighbor had them cut down his huge next to our fence as well. I cant say enough of how professional and quick they were about cutting it down and cleaning both huge trees up and hauling them away. We had a large pine tree on our fence line that was a concern for both our house and our neighbor's house.
