Next day when i didn't get a text i called 3 times (first time they put me on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up and called back. Second time same thing. Third time i got through only to find out that for some reason i never got the appointment. She said she would have the person who made the appointment call me back. Still haven't got a call or text. Not a good way to run a business and a doctors office is a business! If you are not a HMO patient you have a choice of who to see. I will tell my referring concierge doctor to take Total Spine off his list of referrals.

The office manager is always very kind, caring, helpful, attentive, and very efficient and professional. I have been to more doctors than I can count over the past 25 years for my tinnitus with benefit at all. I have been given medications which did nothing, I have been told you just have to live with it, and to just continue using my masking sounds and to go to therapy for coping with my escalations which had been severe and debilitating for nearly 2 weeks at a time.
