Upon complaint to the owner, she suggested we take the dog to the vet because she "didn't cut him, he has a skin condition because you neglect him!" We immediately took him to the vet who rolled her eyes and said "this skin condition is called RAZOR BURN from shears!" He now has to use cream for his "wounds" as the vet said. He does the grooming and the at-home boarding which I love! Deuce gets very scared in the vet's kennel boarding so being with Gail is like heaven to him! Deuce gets very skittish when being groomed near his eyes. They do an awesome job getting in the crevices nice and smoothly! They are greatly priced and in an awesome location.
