Jess and her staff could not be friendlier to me and 2 dogs(German Shepherd and husky). My dogs are so excited to get there and have no anxiety at all when they get dropped off. We send our cat Jack to the "Kitty Hotel" a couple of times a year when we go out of town for vacation. Jess is wonderful with Jack-- sometimes he lets her know he's missing home (sorry about the wee-wee, Jess!), but he's always in great shape when we pick him up, and Jess takes wonderful care of him. read more

It is important to know that All About Pets is under new ownership as of 2018. The quality of services provided and friendliness of the current ownership and employees is nothing short of OUTSTANDING! My dog never like to be groomed before I started taking her to All About Pets. Jess and Renee make an instant connection with each and every animal. I've witnessed this with dogs checking in when we arrive. I've not had the opportunity to use their kennel services but have no doubt that they treat each client like their own pets. Gisele, you obviously get to respond, but you lack the capacity to simply listen. You keep repeating yourself and saying the same thing over and over. You are unwilling to hear my side of the situation. I keep trying to tell you that I was more than willing to follow the same instructions and pay for the extra day, but you just robotically respond with the same answer. The problem arose when you were rude to me, a behavior I had overlooked several times before. You jumped to conclusions! We have used them to board our dog since we adopted her last winter. The quality of service, along with the courtesy of the owner has declined. She has also become unreliable. We called them to board our dog this past week, and she couldn't find our dog's file at first. After finally finding it, she proceeded to tell me that I was being unreasonable about having to pay an extra day, and I had said nothing to indicate this. I paused for a second because I didn't hear her fully when she was going over the weekend requirements, and she must have taken this to mean that I didn't agree to the terms. She said, "What is it about this that you don't understand? This is nothing new to you." I said, "Pardon me? I have no problems with the weekend requirement of being charged an extra day and never have." She then proceeded to say that I have a very difficult dog for them to keep, which had nothing to do with what we were discussing. After almost ten months of being their customer, none of the people who work there have had a single negative thing to say about our dog. The trainers and workers there talk about how much she loves people and that she is very easy to care for. While she is other dog aggressive, they are professionals who understand that many dogs are. They even told me that she had learned to associate better while she was there. The owner claimed that this type of dog is rare when that is untrue, and as a professional she should know this. She also should be equipped as someone trained to deal with all types of dogs. If she isn't, she is in the wrong business. She was very rude. She told me that she didn't have time to deal with me and hung up on me. I am not an unreasonable person and have never been treated so poorly by a proprietor. This is not the first time she came across as disorganized (not able to find our file) and abrasive, but we loved the people who worked with our dog there which is why we have stayed with them as long as we have. If the owner doesn't want to treat her customers with respect, plenty of other boarders will. This has become a "hit or miss" establishment, and the owner can be downright hostile one minute and cavalier and aloof the next. Also, if you decide to board your pet there and if your pet is at all allergic to or sensitive to pork, you need to tell them. They will not ask. She feeds them hot dogs without telling the owners. She fed them to our dog once even after I specifically told them that she is on a special diet. She didn't write it in her file the first time I asked her to. I had to remind her, and my dog's stomach was upset for days. read more

First and foremost...if you look at the dates of the previous reviews you'll see that they are old. It is now under new ownership and has made a world of difference! Jess is one of the best groomers that I have ever taken my dog to. She is kind, sweet, very personable and a great groomer! We've used this group once before and everything seemed to go ok then. They are convenient to our house so it made sense to use them. We booked them again for this 4th of July weekend, drop off date July 3. We arrived at the facility at about 12:55 in the afternoon and they were closed. At the time of booking it was never mentioned that the place was closing early on the 3rd. I called the number for this place to see if someone was still inside but no answer. I noticed then that I had a couple of missed calls. Checked my messages and they had called and left messages to "make sure we knew they were closing early". The woman who I guess is the owner lives on the premises so I knocked on the door hoping that we could still work something out. She came out with an attitude and asked if I didn't get the messages they left. I explained we had just gotten the messages and no one had mentioned they were closing early when we booked. She shrugged and said they were full. Full?? Thankfully we were able to get our puppies in at another kennel that has great customer service, communication, and genuine respect for our time. We learned a valuable lesson and after all is said and done I'm glad this happened as we were able to find a much better kennel. read more

Left my dog there while on vacation, upon picking her up she reeked of urine, I had to bath her immediately. Very disappointed in her care, the place should be called All About Money NOT Pets. I will never return and advise everyone to stay away! read more
