I don't trust anybody to put me back together like I do the staff at VMM! I've booked with many different massage therapists here and I've never had a bad experience. This place has changed my life, and made my work and even daily life so much easier. The therapists are very precise and take extra care in each individuals own needs. They are also caring and passionate about what they do, I've always felt very welcomed and relaxed around the staff. The atmosphere is also very relaxing, cleanliness is on point and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders almost immediately as I enter the building. I recently tried one of the new YoMassage classes. It was a 90 minute class, and it was kind of a mash up between Yin yoga, guided meditation/relaxation, and medical massage. I feel that I've benefited greatly from just one class and I definitely plan on returning. I'm in the middle of moving right now, and taking this class in between my packing sessions refreshed me completely and took a lot of my anxiety away. I fully recommend this facility, Andrea and her staff are miracle workers and they will change your life!

I had a fall about a month ago, my knee had been hurting and started feeling better until I travelled out this way on delayed flights which aggravated the injury. The massage room is located inside a Karate studio, but once you walk into this massage room, you're transported into a total relaxing experience. They have an air purifier, herbal diffuser, relaxing music, ambient lighting, and a warm massage table. I feel so relaxed, and my hips feel less tight. They have good systems at this clinic and booking appointments is effortless. Beyond that, the staff are very friendly to the point where you can make conversation with them and they will actually listen to you and talk to you like you're a human being. Believe it or not, that's rare in today's society. Booking an appointment and being seen yesterday was an amazing experience with such great people manning the front office of this clinic! 2. Knowledgeable Chiropractor. Being seen by Dr. Ryan was the best chiropractic experience! He's very methodical! He pinpointed and went to work on the exact issue I was experiencing by (1) asking me a collection of questions involving the how, what, when, and where of the pain I've been feeling. And (2) from there he evaluated me by having me do a plethora of motions and rate the pain level on each. I regularly get deep tissue massages & was excited to get one for my birthday. The inside of this establishment looks much better than the outside. It is warm, welcoming, calming & clean just like a spa. They opened at 9am, my appt was scheduled for 9:15am. I was asked to choose my essential oil for my appt, then guided to sit in the waiting area. There are a set of mugs & the option to choose water or tea while I waited. Their restroom is beautiful & clean! Definitely gives spa vibes. My therapist walked into the building at 9:15am, which was inconvenient. She called me into my designated room, introduced herself by telling me her name then asked the standard questions (What is the goal of your appt today? What areas are we focusing on? Are there any areas to avoid? etc.) To be completely honest, She seemed a bit disengaged & I didn't really feel welcomed so I was a bit worried about how my session would go. Next, she stepped out the room to give me time to undress then came back a few minutes later. She started off very gentle in the beginning similar to a Swedish massage. After a few minutes passed she asked if the pressure was ok. Since I booked a deep tissue, I asked her to go deeper, she said ok but the pressure remained the same. I asked her again to go deeper, she said ok again and applied slightly more pressure. Again, I kindly told her to go even deeper. She said ok and more pressure was applied. I felt like I was bothering her/asking too much, so I didn't bother to ask her again to go deeper. I just wanted to get the service that I was paying for especially because it was my birthday so I was trying to have a relaxing day. After my session was finished, she stepped out & I was given time to get dressed. She met me outside of the door and gave me a cup of water. She then went over an after care plan that was basically suggestions to drink plenty of water & advice on how to loosen up my tight muscles by stretching. Overall it was a decent massage but I didn't appreciate the late arrival to my appt & the deep tissue experience.
