Absolutely love Integratron and I've been here a handful of times now. If you are staying anywhere in the desert down here this is worth adding to your list of places to visit. From La Quinta it's a good one hour + drive but definitely worth it! If your staying in Palm Springs proper or Joshua Tree much closer, regardless though worth it! Integratron essentially is a sound bath experience but in one of the coolest and best acoustic domes. I'll let the staff give you the history but it was very cool about learning how this place came to be and the intention behind it and land the dome sits on. This is a family owned business which makes it even more special. Three sisters own it and all of the family helps to run this space one way or another. On the day we came different cousins were sharing the duties. Love a local family run and operated space! Before starting the sound bath it's nice to explore the grounds, relax and they even have a gift shop. Nice bathrooms and plenty of parking. The system here is organized and seamless. Very great communication and guidance here. Make sure to pay attention to your emails before you come because they give great tips - like to bring blankets, dress in layers etc. As others have shared. The first 15-30 minutes is essentially going over rules, tips and history before they get started with the meditation/sound bath. I appreciate that they take everyone safety seriously and want everyone to have a joyful experience so they make sure to talk you through the do's and donts. The sound bath itself was relaxing and very soothing. The cushioned mats were premium and much nicer than I had remembered in the past. Very comfortable and nice temperature inside the dome. My only wish is that the sound bath piece was slightly longer but all in all it's a relaxing and unique experience. Would highly recommend that everyone come at least once. read more

Why would anyone support a business that required everyone to be FULLY vaxxed to even enter the property?! Even a partial jab when you were waiting for your second or third dose wouldn't let you into their property! Flash forward to now and the truth is all coming out! Fauci plead the 5th over 100x, his diary revels so much about his intentions to harm humanity, etc. The owners of the Integratron are NOT scientists. They're family members that inhereted the Integratron and turned away those of us that refused to have an UN-TESTED mRNA vaxx full of sp!ke proteins (that was never tested in clinical trials) injected into us. How many vaxxed have suddenly perished? How many are now walking around with severe cardiac disease and other major health problems?! How many millions wish they could go back in time and not take it?! These family members that operate the Integratron are not even contactees that work directly with Pleidaians, Acturians, etc. If anything, they support Project 2025 and the dark agenda. Plus that crazy steep ladder they make you climb up is very difficult to maneuver and dangerous. Why can't they just create a more normal looking staircase that's much more functional and not so risky? The staircase they have now has large, open steps (similar to a ladder) with the steps spaced too far apart. It's difficult to use unless you're younger and in perfect health. Seniors, anyone with any type of mobility issue or disability is going to struggle and potentially fall and injure themselves getting up into the main area. Last, you never know who you're going to get. If you get a male who's doing the sound bath then prepare for it to be extremely loud and aggressive, to the point you need ear plugs and it's not relaxing. It's disturbing. Typically the female sound bath engineers play a more softer, enjoyable sound bath that helps you get into meditation better. There's no way of knowing who you're going to get, it's all just random. read more

I went to the integratron about a year and a half ago. I haven't been writing reviews as much but often think back on my two experiences there and feel compelled to share. A) I booked a doing bath for my family: me, sci Fi lover husband and two daughters. B) I was told no kids which somehow I missed on the site when booking tickets. It was innocent and I often miss such things. I asked for a refund. Ticket sales asked us to promise to be on best behavior and let us in. C) The staff who led us into the tron gave us a lot of passive aggressive grief about the kids and accused us of purposefully neglecting the rules as to smuggle our kids in. I was offended and asked to leave after a list of promises we wouldn't even sneeze or cough during the sound bath. What if we did sneeze or cough? Am I supposed to relax during this bath? I asked for a refund. D) It took a follow up email a week later to get the sound bath. E) I enjoy the best sound baths of my life at a spiritual center in Washington State. The one I paid for at the Integration in 2015 or 16 was expensive, stiff, awkward and performative. Take this information and do with it as you will. This has been on our bucket list for years. Ever since seeing TV show host Anthony Bourdain visit, we've been fascinated by the Integratron and couldn't wait to experience a sound bath here. We finally went for my wife's birthday, so we came in really excited. First, the positives: the structure itself is incredible and the staff is genuinely kind. It's a family-run operation and you can feel that in a good way. But the actual experience? Rough. Within minutes of the sound bath starting, people were snoring. Not one person... a lot of people. Loudly. Full-on, out-cold snoring. The entire group of seniors next to us. Then the ladies on the other side of us. Add in constant fidgeting and movement, and it completely killed any chance of relaxing or getting immersed in the sound. It made it nearly impossible to relax or focus on the sound bath. The sound bath session itself felt surprisingly short, maybe 25 mins tops. It seemed like more time was spent waiting and going through instructions than actually experiencing the sound bath. The bowls were also not very loud, which made it even harder to tune out the distractions. In other sound baths we've attended, the instruments are more immersive, sometimes even amplified, which helps create a deeper experience. The final portion of the session transitioned into music played from an iPad, which felt a bit underwhelming and took away from the overall atmosphere. For the price (over $120 for two), it just didn't deliver. We left pretty disappointed after years of looking forward to it. Honestly, if you're someone who snores or can't stay still, this might not be the place for you because it really affects everyone else. Interesting place out in the desert. It's definitely a bit of a drive since it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so keep that in mind before coming. The property itself is peaceful and quiet, with a unique dome structure and a small courtyard area where people can relax. The setting feels calm and a little different from the usual desert stops around Joshua Tree. We attended the sound bath session. The introduction portion took quite a long time, while the actual sound bath itself was fairly short, probably around 20-30 minutes. Because of that, the experience felt a bit brief compared to the time spent getting there. Overall it's an interesting place to see once if you're curious or already exploring the area, but if you're driving a long distance specifically for the sound bath, it may or may not feel worth the trip depending on your expectations. The space is very cool and you actually experience a mini dome when you check in prior to the actual soundbath. The shop has crystals you can purchase prior to the sound bath, which I think is perfect to help set your intentions. The sound bath was absolutely magical. The positive was that the staff were nice, and the grounds were pretty and well kept (although there weren't any hammocks hung up on our visit which was unfortunate). The building was cool but there wasn't much time to enjoy it. The sound bath was less interesting or immersive than sound baths I've done at yoga studios before. The person who led the experience for us played an audio track for the last 10-15 minutes. I was so confused and surprised that it really took me out of the experience (another staff member was in the room so this must be common). They have you arrive 30 mins early but it's very fast to check in and there's almost nothing to do while you wait. The Integratron is cool and full of history. They have weird hours though and you can't go inside unless you book a $55/person sound bath in advance. I didn't get to do that this time. They have a small gift shop and an outdoor seating area with bathrooms. This place was pretty crowded despite the remote location. I'd go back to try the sound bath despite the steep price. The staff were friendly. If you want to see the Giant Rock, it's about a ten minute drive from here along an unmarked dirt road, but Apple Maps was able to lead us there. read more

The grounds are beautiful. The staff is welcoming and nice. The space is one of a kind. Being inside and looking up at that ceiling I was transformed and felt at ease. The mats were comfy. I had ear ringing and pain all night; I needed to take meds to go to bed because of the sharp pain I had in my right ear. I really wanted to enjoy this and had it on my bucket list for like ten years. Won't be doing it again which is sad because I had a group of 7 from work who were planning on doing this with me the next time we visit JT. Maybe if it was outside? A few friends and I were staying in the area and wanted to checkout the grounds of this place. When looking at the website, it had stated they were sold out for a few months, but the gentleman working the gift shop was able to get us in the next day. We were so thrilled and excited about it. This isn't my first sound bath, but probably my favorite. The staff were all very pleasant and really added on to the experience. Learning about this history of this place was pretty awesome. 10/10 and will definitely be visiting again in the future. People were snoring loudly, literally within a minute after the soundbath started. I have misophonia--a legit neurological condition that causes intense panic to certain intrusive sounds like snoring. I was panicking the entire time. I understand that the staff isn't responsible for people snoring, but they talked at length about how to prevent disturbances like snoring before the session in order to ensure a quiet space. They knew snoring was an issue. They had multiple people in staff who could have monitored the room and woken people up who continually snored, especially since they knew how bothersome it could be and how all sounds are amplified. But no one monitored or did anything about it. So for 40minutes I was traumatized by hearing snoring all around me. Quite the opposite of what I came for. read more

This was a super fun experience. The upper level of the dome is so comfortable and peaceful. They had cushioned mats for everyone with fresh sheets on them. You were helped up the very steep stairs. I have mobility issues and I still made it up and they were so lovely to help. The sound bath was very relaxing. I loved the tones and the feeling of being so at peace. I thought the experience was a good length of time. It would have been nice to linger in the dome for a bit afterwards but that's okay. I understand bookings need to run on time. I could have done without the technician's hilarious thoughts on aliens and the other weird things he said about the area and mystical things. The Integratron is described as the fusion of art, science, and magic. Located approx 20 miles north of Joshua Tree National Park. The sound bath experience is what most come out here for. We scored tickets last min from a few cancelations so if you're having a hard time finding a reservation just keep checking their website. Arrive early to begin winding down. Drink some of their well water, snooze in one of their hammocks, and check out their very cool gift shop. Once it gets closer to your 60 min sound bath you'll be escorted into the building. You'll be very comfortable on your own mattress with sheets. Once the music begins there are 20 quartz crystal singing bowls played live that might take you into another dimension. Just relax and let everything go. I felt like I slept for 8 hours when I left. Some fun facts & tips: *By reservation only (book well in advance or keep checking their website for last min cancellations) *Wear loose and comfortable clothing *Bring a blanket *Take advantage of their well water by filling up an empty water bottle *Anyone may visit even if you're not participating in a sound bath but you won't be able to step inside the building So if you're looking for something unique in the middle of nowhere and enjoy relaxing you might want to find yourself here. This was such a cool and unique experience! I loved the grounds- so relaxing and zen. The staff are all part of the family that owns the building. You are ushered into the integratron itself at your scheduled time, and given a description of what is going to happen. Then you go up a set of steep stairs and find a cushion. You are told a history of the place, and a description of how it was built. Absolutely fascinating! The sound bath itself is a beautiful experience. Very calming and meditative. What a fun experience! I've been dying to try a real sound bath experience. I've had my usual sound bath at my yoga studio but this was a whole new experience. At first you're taken into the dome, rules are explained and the staff talks about the history. Then you go up a very steep ladder, you take a spot (all of them are the same) your instructor leads you through the exercise and you experience the sound bath. It's such an amazing relaxing 30 min. Question of the day: "If the energy is so powerful then what doesn't it prevent snoring?" Asked one peeved customer. The guide had to ask her to turn on her side during the experience. Hmmm. I participated in March and it was 76°. I wore socks and brought a long sarong scarf. This was light enough to not be hot. The dome has natural sun windows so an eye covering is recommended. I had a phantasmagorical experience. It's a bucket list item. If you come here for an out of body experience then the expectation may be too high. If you already practice Higher Viber and empowering meditative thought shifts, then this will be an added water-cooler conversation. If you benefit from hz frequencies and being one in the present moment, you can dig this experience. I experienced positive customer responsiveness via email and in person. I experienced cool vibrations and conversations. I also thought the price value for the experience was comparable. I don't feel creepy energy. I also didn't believe I was going to be transported. Though that would have been ethereal. Heck, if the other lifeforms can destroy the student loan building, we all would "believe." As I digress... If you have teenagers or adults that don't do any self-reflection or quiet moments, this won't be their jazz. But they could chill out in the hammock area which is no fee while you participate in the sound bath experience. If you're with negative Nancy or Critical Carl, leave them in the courtyard as well. Here are 7 TIPS to make your time and financial resources count. Read the website related to age and Covid guidelines. Bring an eye covering so that you can transcend into your experience faster.Otherwise the sun rays may be distracting. You only have an hour. Arrive at least 20 minutes early to enjoy the hammocks/courtyard. A chill way to pre-relax from the long drive and fill your canteen with the well water. Come with an intention that you want to focus upon. This way you'll leave with your own expectations. And don't waste your time.  I had a few folks send me their intentions. I placed them under my leg along with a 100 dollar bill to  symbolize my prosperity intention. Important observation: You must walk upwards, a wood angled ladder about 8 steps? (that is secured), into a wide open hole, to enter the sound bath arena and exit downward the same way. I would recommend this as a solo, group, friends, higher vibers or romantic partners activity. And if I was in the UFO culture or a solar home architect this would def be on my list. I didn't have a transcendental experience here (but some people do!), but enjoyed it nonetheless. I booked the Integatron because I thought that a sound bath seemed like a "thing to do" in Joshua Tree and this seemed to be the recommended place to do it. It is pricey - over $50 a person after fees - but from what I can tell even the most inexpensive sound baths run about $30 and this was definitely a very professional experience. Make sure to read the story behind the Integatron, and if you are able, watch Anthony Bourdain's episode on Joshua Tree as it will put everything into context and make your visit that much more interesting. They tell you to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time which worked out to be completely unnecessary. You check in and are told to wait outside until the reservation time, at which point someone will come get you. Even so, once we walked over to the dome, there was a good ten minutes of "instructions" before we went one by one up a ladder into the south bath room. Some people definitely straggled in 10-15 minutes late without a problem. I still recommend getting there a little early so you can enjoy the grounds a little, but don't kill yourself or stress out if you're running late. You are given a sheet to cover the mat and they are pretty adamant about all sheets being properly placed on the mat (which from a hygiene perspective I totally appreciate). As for the sound bath itself - while it did not profoundly affect me - was relaxing, very cool, and a very unique experience. Definitely worth doing once, but not sure if for $50 I'll be returning to do it again. read more

We arrived about 30 minutes early and sat around the grounds waiting until it was time. The grounds were nice and shaded so it was a pleasant wait. Also, plenty of bathrooms that were clean. Once inside the dome and upstairs, I wasn't sure why the mats were not facing the bowls. The mats were incredibly comfortable but I felt like it would have made more sense to face the bowls. George Van Tassel was an inventor and created the Integratron with a wheel cycle spin motion on the outer edge designed to "charge up" the machine... the machine is not functional but is still visited... I didn't catch the name of the person who played the bowls for us, but she gave an excellent and thorough explanation of the history of the building, and the science behind the sound bath. I really enjoyed the information she shared before the sound bath. The experience itself was wonderful; provided great introspection and excellent soothing. We were told to wake people up snoring so imagine just falling asleep and someone tapping you to wake up. Frustrating. My friends loved it but I was underwhelmed. The padding you lay on is uncomfortable and the temperature was very cold. It's not that I had a bad time but I wouldn't come again. I had a spa experience with no massage, no sauna, and no facial. I was very happy to find out that they started doing outdoor sound baths (due to Covid). I had a trip booked for my boyfriend's birthday and would have been bummed to have him miss out (I've already been, a few years ago). Kudos to them for adapting and continuing to offer this opportunity. A FEW NOTES: -It's not the same experience as inside which isn't to say that it's worse. You are obviously not inside the structure and don't get the acoustic benefits. You're outside (which may be chilly) so you're less cozy (inside, they give you blankets and you drift off into a magical world of relaxation). However, the outside experience allows you to look at the stars during the sound bath which is pretty incredible as well. -TIP: Bring a blanket to lay on the ground. Chairs are cool but if you want to fully relax, I'd recommend at least having that as an option. Maybe a pillow as well. -TIP: Bring extra blankets and warm clothes. It gets chilly at night and being cold can really affect your experience. You want to be as cozy as possible for this. -TIP: If you're coming from LA, don't book on a Friday unless you can leave in the morning. We left LA at 330pm and didn't get to Pioneertown until 8pm. We had to call and reschedule for Saturday but luckily, they were super flexible. -You have to keep your mask on for the entire sound bath but it honestly wasn't that distracting since my face was kind of chilly anyway so the mask kept it warm. -Their website is great and makes for simple booking (shows you how many tickets are still available). -Large parking lot. read more

Loved this place. Love weird desert experiences. As a fan of sensory deprivation tanks, this is kind of like the opposite but in a fantastic way. This is such fun and unique experience. It's a bit of a drive from Palm Springs proper but it's a fun drive with lots of interesting stuff to take photos of on the way if you're into photography. Love the alien vibe this place. Highly suggest making this a pairing with La Copine afterwards for a fantastic lunch after a meditative experience. read more
