I would rate this place a zero star if it were an option. I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Integrity. I needed 2 windows replaced and called for quotes. Integrity was recommended by my insurance company - what a mistake it was to trust their judgment! First of all, they told me the work could be done the same day. So it was scheduled between 2 and 4. At noon, I get a call back saying it won't happen today, nobody available to do it. So I take another slot, the next morning - figuring they were doing the best they could. Then, after 5pm, I get another call saying that the glass they got for my car didn't have the correct hookups for antenna or defrost, and that it was junk. The correct one would cost an additional $280 on top of the original quote. I feel I got the bait and switch. This is after I specifically asked the salesman if the new glass had defrost and antenna included - his response "yes" The only thing that I am glad about is that they didn't come out and install the wrong glass without telling me. Other than that, they made a very bad situation even worse. Avoid them like the plague. There are many other good glass places around that don't mess with their customers like this. read more

This is the second time I have used Integrity to replace a windshield and will call on them a third time when needed. Eddie and his sons arrived 45 minutes into the 4-hour window set aside in the appointment and were done within 30 minutes. The new window looks good and is performing perfectly. Eddie went above and beyond by replacing some plastic molding I didn't even know was missing and then provided excellent advice based simply on his years of experience in the industry. They were offering $100 gift card when I ordered the service- nearly a month after the service was performed I received a $50 gift card. I only received this card after numerous calls a few days short of a month. My wife was disappointed I scheduled with them cause she said she really had to chase them down for the gift card on the last windshield they replaced for us. I have used them at least 4-5 times but that will be the last time. So here is a company that self professes "Integrity" and then falls flat by not following through- ironic isn't it? A quick search and you will find a company that pays out the gift card or cash on the spot, question is why wouldn't they all do that? read more

The install was great and easy once we got the right windshield. When I first called, the guy on the phone asked me if I had the automatic windshield sensor and how to find it on the car. I followed instructions but still got it wrong so had to reorder the glass. I called my insurance agent (Farmers) to get windshield replaced, and they wanted to have one of their contractors come do the work. I asked them if I could choose who replaced my windshield and they said that they are required by law to let the customer choose, so I chose Integrity Auto Glass. They were very professional on phone, set up an appointment, came to my work, did a great job, and a week later I received an $80.00 American Express Card. Used through insurance company. They damaged my vehicle and gave me the run around. Spoke to Doug and he is the manager. Very rude. Bad customer service and he plays games. HOWEVER they did fix the problem. I wonder if this would have happened without my insurance company riding on them though. The lead technicians name is Eddie and he maintained a good relationship with me throughout the process. I recommend this technician. If I didn't have to deal with this Doug character I would feel much better. I recognize there may be unseen problems with service, however this Doug guy acted like I was trying to steal something and was totally rude to my sweet wife and got her angry. 2 weeks ago my car was accidentally backed into at a baseball game. Instead of taking off, the person left me a note apologizing and asking me to call them so they could take care of the repair. I had my twin 11 year old boys with me and it was such a great teaching lesson on how I would expect them to act with this same type of integrity. Turns out this person was Doug, the owner of a company called Integrity Auto Glass. It's one thing to name your company Integrity but something completely different to actually have Integrity! I had a seamless, efficient, and courteous experience with Integrity Auto Glass. I called them on a Monday based on their ValPak ad and they had me scheduled for the next morning at my place of work. On the initial call they conference called in my insurance company, and the claim was immediately verified. They showed up within the promised window of time, and the job was done quickly and courteously by two guys, headed by Eddie, within 10 minutes! I had a great experience when having Integrity Auto replace my windshield. The fact that they are a preferred auto glass dealer for my insurance and how efficient they were with my insurance company made the claim go through no problem. The appointment was set to work around my schedule and the technician was even 10 minutes early. He explained all he was going to do, and what to look for after the work was done. Tech was on time and polite. I found a voucher in the Clipper mailing for a $75 American Express gift card if you pay through your insurance. To my surprise, I received the gift card 7 days after the replacement; I expected it to take longer than that. Excellent Service! I had a crack in my windshield and I knew I needed to call some place and get it replaced (pretty big crack!). I opened Valpak and there was an offer from Integrity Auto Glass for a Free $50 Gift Card. I called them, they asked for my insurance information, called my insurer while I was on the phone with them and we got everything scheduled in one phone call. They were extremely punctual when arriving (called me while they were on their way). Fred was the gentleman who replaced my windshield. Super nice guy! These guys are a joke . I requested factory glass for my Jetta and they said ya no problem . We went through the steps with insurance and set the appointment. The technician came out with glass from china. I told him i was very specific about what glass I wanted and they made up some ridiculous excuse as to why they could not get it. I called to discuss this and they told me they decided they do not want my business . They upcharge insurance to cover the gift card in the Val Pack then they cant get factory because of the cost. These guys are Misleading and do not know how to run an honest business. Do not go here. read more

I found this company from a mailer and thought that I would give them a call and see if they could replace my windshield same day. I called around noon and they had someone at our home in about 2 hours! The installer was courteous and efficient in the 112 degree heat. He finished the job within a half hour. Absolutely horrible. They will not honor a quote because they said they do not have my windshield in stock. I told them I would wait, so they should order it. Guess what...the price is now over $1000 when they quoted me $230 on the phone. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. I tried to talk to the owner. These guys did a great job --- right up until it came time to honor their VALPAK promo of "Free $80 AMEX Giftcard" Windshield was replaced in beginning of Sept -- they said I will have in 7-10 business days in the mail......today is Oct. 5th - don't have it so I called in.......guy tells me on the phone..."oh we got it back because it mailed to the wrong address and it was remailed on Sept 27th.." OK, what address do you have on file? "same one where we did the work" ...OK, great, well then why did the card not make it here the first time? I live in Mesa, your business is in Mesa -- and if you mailed it "AGAIN" supposedly 8 days ago, why don't I have it yet? I mean I know the US Post Office is not the greatest...but they don't suck that bad....So the more questions I asked, the more rude he became...rightfully so when your trying to BS a customer - I've spent my whole life in the service industry, it's pretty obvious when your being lied to over the phone........conversation ended with "if you don't have it Monday - call us back" .......No, how about you get your *hit together - treat your customers like you need them to stay in business, like oh I don't know...apologize I have not received it yet, a little empathy goes a long way in the service industry...tell me you will confirm what address it went to....not "I don't know the same one we mailed it to the first time" -- I could give a crap about the card at this point...it's the principal......so I'm supposed to feel bad when I hang up because you guys don't honor your promotions in a timely manner, DO WHAT YOU SAY YOUR GOING TO DO and DO IT! Love this place. My mirror came off my windshield (in the heat of summer). My husband tried getting back on, but, the temp was too high for the glue to cure. I called other places, and they said I would need to replace my windshield for them to replace the mirror. My windshield was fine. I called Integrity, they told me to come on over to the office. The tech came out and took care of it while I waited in the air conditioned office, and offered water. When he was done, I asked how much would it be. He did not charge me. read more

Installer did a great job; however, they were subcontracted. The part I have a problem with was the incentive. We were told we would get a $100 gift card to restaurants. This "gift card" just leads to a sign up sight in which you get to cash in the credit for 50% off "gift cards". Who ever heard of a gift card with a minimum purchase amount? I did a lot of research before I chose Integrity. They have been in business at the same location for more than 17 years, which was important to me. They also work with virtually all insurance companies which gave me added assurance as my insurance company then provided an additional backup warranty on the glass. They had my glass and scheduled an appointment at my home immediately. Called on Saturday and they were there Monday. I'm a retired engineer and am quite the perfectionist. Danny showed up on time and has been with Integrity for about 15 years. He was simply outstanding! Even though I watched every move and talked with him the entire time, he never missed a beat. He is highly efficient and detailed in every way. I could not be more pleased with this service. Living in Arizona means replacing windshields more often than normal. I will use Integrity every time. Btw, Integrity did not request a review nor offer any benefits for doing so. I believe in word of mouth for both poor performance and excellent performance.
