    Marks and scratches that were not there when I dropped off my car.

    My car was unfortunately hit on Christmas and the insurance company chose this collision center due to quicker availability. I was able to drop off my car and Aaron in the office was super helpful from the start. I wish I could give this company more stars, but I can't due to my experience while picking up my car. I got my car back yesterday and Princeton was able to get me my car within 5 minutes of arriving. As I left I noticed neither of my back blinkers were working. I called the shop back immediately and asked to speak with Princeton. I was not able to get ahold of him but I did leave a voicemail. I ended up going back and no one was available to help me, except Jim. Jim was able to find the issue and get it fixed for me even though it was not his responsibility. I found out that no one had done a quality assurance check on my car before calling me to pick it up. The more unfortunate part of this is that they completely jacked up the hood of my car. I have a 2017 Chevy Malibu that I have had for less than 2 years. When I dropped it off the rest of my car still looked pretty new. This is how they gave me my car back. I contacted the company and still no response or even a call back from Princeton. I tried to get the marks out with a wash but clearly there was damage made.

    Absolutely the best body shop I've been to in Arizona! A definite shout out to Bryson, who is super communicative, a consummate professional, and an all around great guy to work with. He's full of life, and loves his work. Which makes a huge difference to me. Huge! He makes the process of getting back on the road a total breeze. Props to the front desk for handling my calls, and keeping me well informed. And to the team in the back, those whom I've never met, I'm grateful! My car looks perfect as if my body damage never happened. So to Chapman Collision, I say thank you! Job so very well done! -Adam

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

See N Clear, however, offered a very competitive price with a warranty, so I reached out to them directly. They immediately assured me that recalibration would not be an issue. I booked an appointment for the next morning. I received a text 30 minutes before arrival, and the technician showed up right on time. The entire windshield replacement and recalibration were finished in under an hour. When I asked if I could take the car out to test the lane‑departure system -- he handed me the keys without hesitation. Everything worked perfectly. I really appreciate See N Clear's prompt communication, fair pricing, solid warranty, and excellent workmanship. They'll be my go‑to company for any future auto‑glass needs. I didn't take them up on it for a couple, just wasn't a priority. They regularly called and texted. I said I'd call them, but they continued to call and text. I finally replaced the windshield, cash out of pocket. The tech was nice and professional, came when they said they'd come. That part was fine. The issue is they started calling me again a few months later and never stopped. Text and calls. Look man, it's a windshield. I'll call you when I need you. This is not really a thing you need to call me about every few weeks or so. I asked multiple times to be taken off the list. I'll call you. You don't need to call me. Well, one of the times they told me they'd "try" to take me off the list. I said no, I asked you explicitly to take me off the list. Do NOT call me. Well, that still hasn't worked. Still getting texts. I will never use this company again. Making a nuisance of yourselves, ignoring customer requests, and not following regulations for contacts is not good business. I would strongly advise against "The Auto Glass Co." or Excellent Auto Glass or whatever they're calling themselves today.
