She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

From the first call last Monday with Debra to Jesse performing the replacement 2 days later, it was nothing short of a great experience.

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. Bonus points because he made a easy removal tab with the blue tape to remove it with ease. Great work Luis and Doug.

Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. I was contacted, I forget by which method, but asked if I was interested in having any windshield damage repaired. I was in fact TRYING to wait to see what would happen with a very small but annoying "starburst " shaped crack that was smack dab in my field of vision!! It didn't grow much but gave me headaches and double vision trying to see through or around it! So I told the person who contacted me my problem. They sent a very polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable technician out to my home within a day or so. He only needed to repair said crack. It was fine by all appearances and done quickly. A short time later I was again contacted for a quality review. I passed on my positive impressions of the tech and his work but still was having vision issues because the sun would catch the tiny remnants of the crack still visible and still smack dab in my field of vision! They checked again with my USAA insurance (which considers 2U Glass one of USAA's "preferred " glass repair shops)who agreed to let them just replace the whole windshield. They came like the next day. Same tech. Same great service. Beautiful job! No more headaches or crossed eyes! Oh heck yeah I'm recommending 2U Glass to all! Thanks so much. Persistence in great customer service is a dying experience! So glad SOME COMPANIES still have it! read more

Great business ran by great people. Needed to schedule a very last minute tint job on my 2015 Accord. They scheduled me for an appointment on 48 hrs notice (and the week before Christmas). Called me the next day to let me know they had a client reschedule and they could see me today. When I arrived and told Magnum what I was hoping for he informed me that they didn't have the 25% tint that I was looking for in stock ( it's legal in Texas but hard to find elsewhere). I went with Magnum's recommendation for the film he had in stock. 5 minutes later he came back to the waiting area and told me that he located the 25% at a distributor and was leaving to go pick it up. He could've rescheduled me, could've told me that it wasn't able to be delivered in my time frame, or could've simply NOT told me he found it. No-he drove his personal vehicle across town and picked up my film. While he was doing that, they were stripping the current tint and prepping my car. He returned and they finished the job. All of this at an unbelievable price point. These guys are top shelf. Do yourself a favor and bring your business to these guys, the service can't be beat and the quality is second to none. read more

Came out to a note on my car in the parking lot of my office. All the note said "please call me about your car". I called and got the friendly voice of Matthew who began to explain that he had been in the parking lot of my office fixing a chip for a co-worker. He began to explain who he was with and that he had noticed the chip in my windshield that had began to spread in several directions. I mentioned that I had just replaced my windshield before moving to Arizona and I wasn't sure if my insurance company was going to allow me to replace it again. Thanks to Matt he explained the most insurance companies cover the cost of windshield replacement at no cost to their insured. I had no idea. He began to get USAA on the phone and get all of the arrangements made and offered to come to my home over the weekend to replace my windshield. Had he not left the note, I would've let the windshield continue to worsen. Thank you Matt and those like you that watch out for those of us with windshield problems. Hubby and I highly recommend this company. Years ago, we had a bad experience with another company replacing our Toyota pickup's windshield (windshield leaked when it rained, at upper speeds on highway it would whistle, and there was a squeak somewhere in our dashboard that wouldn't go away), so when we decided to have it replaced after a thrown rock put a good crack across it on the driver's side, we started looking for a reputable company. So glad we came across 2U Glass & Tint. We called them in the afternoon, and they arranged a technician to come out the very next day. They gave us an approximate time to expect him, and the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. The technician was very courteous and professional in his communication and in his appearance, and he drove a very nice truck. I parked our truck in a shaded area, left the vehicle with him, and the job was completed in under 20 minutes. He explained aftercare, and we were done. My cracked windshield was a nightmare experience. My insurance company sent me to Safelite who cancelled on me for a variety of reasons for three weeks (first they decided they needed to fix it in the shop instead of my house, then they needed to order extra moldings, then they needed to paint the mouldings, then the replacement windshield was "out of stock"). I called my insurance and begged them to find another provider in the area. And it was Matt to the rescue! He got a windshield from the dealership because it wasn't in-stock, and he scheduled me right away. We did have a couple of hiccups that delayed getting the job completed, but that was really more due to monsoon storms than anything else. They were able to come to my home to complete the job (unlike Safelite who said I'd have to drive 25 miles to their shop). Next time I get a chipped or cracked windshield, I'll make sure my insurance company sends me to 2U Glass right from the start! read more

These guys are awesome. I've used several other windshield replacement companies in the valley, and most of them don't show up within the designated window, they don't give you window options, and they don't give you options for the time frames besides morning or afternoon. This place did everything to make it an easy and flexible experience. They came to my house, they installed the windshield correctly parentheses which is something that the other agencies I used kept struggling with and then refuse to fix when my windshield let out a whistle), and followed up with a text message and an email to make sure I was fully satisfied and asked if they could do anything further. Also, the windshield does come with a warranty and when you drive a Jeep like me where it cracks off and do to the rocks and the angle, I need something like that. I will definitely be using this company from now on read more

These guys are as good as it gets, period! My colleague had used 2U Glass & Tint previously and said I should call. I called, was very professionally greeted by Kensey. She took all my details efficiently and expertly. My glass coverage is supplied by a commercial Service contract- She obtained the required authorizations and set up an at home call for the next day to replace the windshield. The Tech' Fernando, called ahead to confirm arrival time. He arrived with a second tech to assist, the glass was to be installed in a Mercedes Sprinter Van- A big piece of glass ! Both guys were really courteous and explained fully the process. They were very efficient, spotlessly clean and explained the curing time required for the bonding agents etc. I highly recommend 2U glass & Tint, without a doubt the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with.... I used 2U Glass & Tint for the first time, before I would always used a company that my insurance suggested. If I ever going to need replacing my car window, I definitely will use 2U Glass & Tint again. These guys were awesome, from the initial call till the end of replacing my windshield. I switched to them, because last year I had my windshield cracked too and the company I used then, couldn't fit my Range Rover glass right. First the wires were showing along the trim, they said it was a wrong brand and replaced it with a different one, however the second one was a warped glass that distort my view. They said it was a wrong batch and they replaced it with a third glass. It finally worked ok, but it took about 10 days to have it done. On the contrary with U2 Glass I called my insurance on Monday and by Wednesday lunch time my car was ready to go for another trip. read more

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with this company. They came in at just the right time after a disappointing experience with another glass company. They had dropped the ball, completely missed my appointment and lost the paperwork. Will, who I believe is the owner, had left a note on my car since he noticed my cracked windshield. They arrived just in time and let me know when they we're on their way. It was replaced so quickly and gave clear instructions on the after care. All the employers are very friendly. To top it off, they even checked on my car a couple months later since they were going to be in the same area to make sure the windshield was still holding up with no additional cracks that need fixing; Since they offer a warranty on their windshield. While traveling down US 60 a tiny rock hit my windshield. Because my last windshield replacement with Safelight was such a mess, I decided to use a local company to repair my windshield. Matt reached out to me for a replacement. I thought it could be a scam but figured I'd try it anyways. He helped call my insurance, and ensured it wouldn't cost me anything and that they would actually pay me! I got my windshield replaced at work, they were on time and quick. The windshield I got had a weird blurry spot in my line of vision. I called the office and they sent someone as soon as they could (it was labor day weekend). They came back out to my work and gave me a new windshield. It's perfect. The whole time the tech was texting me, explaining things, and keeping me posted. Matt even followed up after. Awesome customer service and my windshield was replaced with exactly the right glass with no trouble at all. Installation was fast and the camera was recalibrated as needed, all within about an hour. I did not know how easy it could be, since I previously used that other company with the jingle. But then I realized that 2U Glass & Tint is covered by my insurance (mine and probably yours too if you ask). A few years ago they tinted the windows in my new car, and I liked the results so much I had them do all the other cars in the family. Their claims agent (Kenzie) is professional...courteous & literally walked me step by step thru the process, reaching out to the insurance adjuster, filing claim together and quickly locating the specialty glass I needed for front AND side on my Hyundai. 2 U had stock & dispatched installer within 48 hrs of my initial call; the glass looks marvelous(installed quickly by a true professional glass tech) & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 2U to ALL OF YOU! I have had a number of new glass windshields put in on various cars that I own or have owned. I also travel through construction zones to work regardless of which route I use. In a 24 hr. time period I got rock damage twice on my way to work! I always insist on a Ford replacement. The man showed up as scheduled, right on time. Was very knowledgeable and answered the one question that I had clearly and succinctly. It was a "teachable moment" for me and was glad to have that info. Matt and his team were proactive in getting my insurance approval and getting my appointment scheduled. The technicians worked quickly to replace the windshield but ran into some installation issues as the previous company that had replaced my last windshield took many shortcuts. I guess they just used glue instead of new parts so this team had to really work at getting the old windshield off, cutting through glued down glass. They cleaned up all the old glue, replaced the glass and installed the proper parts. Looks amazing and am very grateful for the quality of work this company provides!! I had recently gotten a large crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced. I had gotten some marketing referrals from Glass 2U so I decided I would give them a try. They were very easy to work with. They got a hold of my insurance company and even waited on the phone for them to pick up and then gave me a call so I didn't have to wait on hold for my insurance company. My windshield was cracked on the drivers side area (right in my driving view). They were unable to get my windshield the day I called but they were able to find one asap and called/texted me back to set up and appointment. I was able to go with my insurance and I did not have to call my insurance company. They were able to get them on the line, call me back with 3 way, and file a claim. The process was very simple. First time I got service it was for my Malibu. Received service through advertisement in frys parking lot. I had my glass replaced in 3 days. 6 months or so later I was going to grand canyon and decided to take my truck but had Crack going across entire windshield. Decided to give him a try again as I don't have a lot of time to seek out services. I sent an actual text, and had on the phone following day with rep and glass replaced and recalibrate 3 days before my vacation. I reached out on Sunday and done by Wed. He is great ,courteous and has quality service. I will continue to go back .he's now like family read more

I brought my Tesla to 2 U Glass & Tint on February 23, 2026, for what should have been a simple…read morerock chip replacement for the windshield. I expected a quick and professional service. Instead, I experienced negligence, poor workmanship, and a complete lack of accountability. During the repair, the technician applied excessive pressure and caused additional damage to my vehicle, including the top glass, the A-Pillars, and also scratched the right passenger window tint. What is most concerning is that none of this was disclosed to me at the time. I only discovered the damage later and had to contact the shop myself to raise the issue. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects serious ethical concerns. Although I initially wanted Tesla to handle the repairs, the owner, Matt, assured me they would take care of everything under a lifetime warranty. While they did replace the windshield and top glass, the rest of the work was substandard. The paint job on the side trim was poorly done, and during the tinting process, my right passenger window was damaged. When I brought this up, they denied responsibility. I then went directly to Tesla, where I was informed that the damage was consistent with a poor tint job. I am now left dealing with a whistling windshield, a botched paint repair, and damaged window tint--all issues that did not exist before my visit. To make matters worse, the technician claimed the damage was already there. If that were true, why was it never documented or pointed out to me before any work began? Before the tint job, we specifically discussed the Tesla logo on the right passenger window, and I clearly saw that area was in good condition. This contradiction only adds to the dishonesty I have experienced. I called last Monday, warranty about whistling window to service manager Jose, he said will take care of it for me but it's been a week and I have heard no news from it. Also said will not replace my right passenger window damage. The attitude was horrible. I chose this business based on its 5-star reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Not only did they fail to fix the original issue, but they also created multiple new problems. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle. The poor workmanship, lack of integrity, and unwillingness to take responsibility turned a minor repair into a costly and frustrating ordeal. To top it all off, there has been no genuine apology. The service manager, Jose, was particularly unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process, which only made the situation worse.

I can see now why only certain companies should work on tesla vehicles vs just going with anyone to replace a windshield. The office staff was solid and communication was top notch throughout the 2 weeks or so it took to battle insurance over OEM class and UV protection etc. They handled it all and I will use them everytime now. Found them on the tesla fb group locally and can see why they come so highly recommended.
