I was recommended to Intrgrity Auto from my car collector brother (who has 30 cars and is very particular. He rarely says nice things about anybody but when he said that he recommends ERIC at INTEGRITY AUTO, I took my 1995 Lexus SC400 to him. I had just bought this car (2 years ago) and needed my timing belt done. An unnamed company quoted me and Eric was almost $400 less for the same work. I'm a member of AAA and after my car wouldn't start one morning AAA came out and put in a new battery. The car still wouldn't start and the AAA service tech indicated I would have to get the car towed because my starter needed replacement as well. The car was towed to Integrity Auto Repair. Eric really is a great guy! I called this shop randomly in an emergency & he said I could stop by right away & he would take a look at my Jeep. After looking at my Jeep he determined what was wrong right away, he let me know he wasn't able to fix it but knew someone who could. He called them up in that moment & I was able to head straight there. Down the street at Cross Eyed, Gordon was very friendly & confident he could get the job done the best - I left my Jeep there with him that day! I was leaving for an 8 day trip & he happily worked on and kept my Jeep safe at his shop until I was back in town! Eric not only referred me to this great shop but he also fixed my alignment once my frame was repaired. My Jeep is driving strong & better than before the damage! They replaced a left axle grease seal on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sport and did exactly what I asked and didn't rip me off unlike Action Auto Repair down the street plus showed me my old parts and made recommendations on future auto preventative maintenance-they offered me a 1 year warranty on parts and the repair. I will see how long this repair lasts n hopefully it will be a permanent fix! I would at this point recommend them as it is family run and they apparently (at this point) don't have to create work to feed the shop like bigger competitors. read more

this place is a rip off...they overcharge everything. they asked for over $300 more for a starter and $200 more for hub bearings....then they try to hit you up with the 2yr warranty crap. other places have these warranties but you don't pay $300 for them.. why would I pay and extra $300 for something that never goes wrong in the warranty time...integrity has no integrity....they're crooks...I'd give them no stars read more
