    Jim was kind and helpful. He got me in for an oil change and tire rotation same day. Pricing was competitive. Local business is great! I'm thankful and will be making this shop my main place for maintenance.

    I came across an online coupon for 25 % off any oil change service so I thought I would give Take 5…read morea try. When I pulled up to Take 5 I accessed the coupon on my phone and followed the instructions to enter my email address for marketing purposes. When I entered my email the coupon closed and I couldn't access it any longer. I went online and found a $ 7.oo dollar off coupon to use. I pulled up to one of the 2 entries to empty bays while the third bay was occupied. I was greeted after a couple of minutes by a young man who explained that it would be just a few minutes and they would be with me. Eventually I was directed to pull my vehicle into the service bay and again told that it would be a few minutes while they finished up the 1 customer they had When I arrived. Finally someone came to explain the services to me and take my information. In my photos I included the price offerings for oil change services which I had questions about. I was told that for the less expensive synthetic oil change options they used a rebrand oil under their brand but it was Castor oil which is considered a mid- top quality oil. The highest price oil change option is Mobil One synthetic, which should tell you how much better Mobil One oil is considered to be. I settled for the full synthetic change ( $ 84.99 ) with the rebranded synthetic oil. They checked my air filter and other essential fluids and everything was good because I check them myself regularly. My oil change was done and it was time to check out. I brought up the problem with the 25 % coupon disappearing after I entered my email and the attendant indicated that the marketing people were aware of the problem and were working on it. He didn't offer to honor the better coupon but did accept my smaller coupon. From the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out was more like 15 to 20 minutes. There were 2 attendants and both were very personable. The prices are high and if you search online you can find local oil change specials at a better price. The service was good and I was treated like a valued customer. I can't justify them not honoring the 25 % off coupon which was the motivation for me trying Take 5 in the first place. I feel that if they are aware of the problem they should honor the coupon the customer tried to use. I will stick to finding local oil change specials as I have in the past and Take 5 won't get my or my families business going forward.

I am extremely hesitant to bring my car to a mechanic shop normally because my dad typically fixes my cars for me. I wanted to give him a break so that is what lead me here. A little over a year ago I brought my car in for a horrible noise it was making. They diagnosed it and over $1,000 later I got the call my car was fixed and ready. As I was driving away, the same very glaring and obvious noise happened even before I left the parking lot. I called and let them know it was still making the noise so they had me bring it back the next day. I went on a drive with one of the mechanics so I could make sure they knew what noise I was talking about. They kept my car, put some oil/lubricant on a few things, and said good to go. Again, my car made the noise as I drove out of the parking lot. I called again to tell them it was still making the noise and I was told, "I don't know what to tell you, your car is old and we could spend years looking for what is causing the noise." And that was it. No offer to try to figure it out and I've now spent the money I barely could afford as a single mom and my car is not fixed. And I don't have the additional funds at the time to take it elsewhere because I spent it with them. Here I am, over a year later and the car is still making the noise because I'm nervous about trying at another mechanic. My friend over the past year has had two very similar experiences where the initial issue was not fixed at first and she has had to go back. She had to pay for the non-fixes and again for the going back to actually get it fixed. I have no doubt the work they did on my car was done properly, however it was not the right work or the fix for my issue. The employee even said he thought what they replaced looked like it had already been replaced before (like it was not the original part). I feel like that should have raised a flag that maybe it wasn't the part that needed replacing. I would use caution when considering going here.

They have notified me that oil was leaking out somewhere and that It needed attention. It was quick and fast oil change little under a hour. I should have notice that they poorly did a sad shit job on a simple oil change and couldn't even place the oil filter on right. I was furious about how the poor service was done. I took it upon myself to have someone else look into it, they had notified me that it the oil filter wasn't on right. I replaced the filter and redid the oil change. After putting more money into getting it done right, I was not given a full refund of 120$ and got back 35$. Shout out to Chad Peter and the mangers at this facility for poor customer service. Worst place to ever get car maintenance.

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years, several different states, and when I say these guys ARE THE BEST, I'm not exaggerating. Fast, super friendly and efficient. The manager Fabian was so generous, and the crew that day, Juan and James (especially James) was so very kind and hooked me up. Ladies and independent girlies, if you're weirded out by the experience of going to get an oil change with mechanics, I can say confidently that the staff was superb. No weirdness, no flirting, just business as it should be, quick, kind, and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 12/10 thank you so very much gentlemen. It was such a pleasure.
