They dropped their other projects, drilled and tapped back broken parts to the case and machined a piece for the tensioner. I was looking to part out a bike I loved and now I am looking at putting another 60 thousand miles on her. They got me back on the road the next day and saved my bike. Great guys to boot.

He did give me a discount on the work, for the trouble, and was willing to pick up my malfunctioning "classic" for free, though, so that helps somewhat. The second time, I called and arranged for pickup on my bike for repairs. This time, I was told that they were about 4-6 weeks out for any new work, but if I was interested and willing to wait, they'd still pick up and do the work. So I said yes, and waited. Two weeks later (This week[6/5/2015], actually), I was told that they could take my bike in immediately. I made arrangements to have it picked up the next morning, and waited and waited, and was late to work, and they never picked up my bike. I called and left a polite message that I had waited, and hoped nothing was wrong, and please call to arrange another pick up time, and have heard nothing back. I'm done with Xtreme heights after this...it's just ridiculous and frustrating, not to mention unprofessional.

People need to know about this shop. First time I left my bike, a Fuji Royale with Reborn for a general tune up. When they finished, I picked up my bike from the shop. I road it around the parking lot to see how it felt. Felt good at first, then something slipped. Turned out they didn't tighten in the back wheel. Just gave it to me loose. Took it back in, mistakes happen. They fixed it. I road it again and it seemed fine. Walked away fairly happy. Later I found out about the paint on my bike (showed in photos below). Kind of a bummer but no big deal, I don't ride my bike for looks so I let it slide. Wife took her bike to Reborn later that month. She got the brakes redone. We went on a 15 miles ride around the Tri-cities. In the middle of the ride one of the breaks go out. Turns out it wasn't tightened all the way. Also, the brake line was already frayed. This is the first ride out of the shop mind you. Went back, they fixed it. Okay, kind of lame but they fixed it so no harm. Next time I took my bike in the handles wrapped. Just get normal black basic wrap. Nothing special. Get it back, seems fine to me. Now less than two weeks into ridding they're all coming undone. Basically wrapped incorrectly across the board. At this point I'm getting my handles wrapped elsewhere. Not even worth having them redo it. I WOULD NOT ever recommend people get their bikes worked on here. They ARE NOT mechanically sound In their work. Take your business elsewhere. Letting them touch your bike is nothing short of dangerous.

They rent Uhauls but aren't open on the weekend to pickup trailers. Their site says they are open,…read morethe regional director of uhaul says they are open but the sign on the door says they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure if the gods of rental trucks and trailers have different days designated as the weekend and if they do I sure wish they'd share this with the rest of western civilization. Uhaul has this deal that if the trailer you rented isn't ready as promised then they'll give you 50 dollars. Well, I contacted Steve Womack and he credited my credit card 50 dollars. Not really the same as 50 bucks in my wallet but at least he got halfway there. My rather long drawn out point is, don't call uhaul on a Saturday morning to pickup the same day to move your father-in-law who just fell and expect this place to be open. You'll only end up cursing out some poor guy trying to make a living at the uhaul call center (probably in Omaha) demanding a refund. Glad his favorite chair fit in my rig.

They told me they were booked for the next 1-2 weeks but would at least be able to scan the code to give us an idea of what the issue was. We first said "no thank" as we sat in the car outside their shop for about 20 minutes calling several other places even some outside the town who were also booked. Mind you we were traveling from Washington to California overnight. We didn't want to wait even a day or two. Eventually, we had them scan the code and they saw the issue (spark plug #6 was burned off completely, too close to metal) and were able to replace it. They went from "sorry we're booked" to being able to help us out after all.
