Took my Horse Trailer and Truck in to see if I needed new tires. I was going to be hauling my horses to Oklahoma in a week. A young man came out and checked my tires and said they were good. I did not need new ones on either my truck or my trailer. On my way to Oklahoma City my truck was vibrating at 63 mph or above. The tires were totally shot. Bulges all over them and cracking. Past several times I took my personal vehicle and work vehicle to get their oil changed the oil filter was loose and leaking. Last time my personal vehicles tires were rotated a couple lug nuts were loose enough to turn with my hand. Not enough for the wheels to wobble or anything but doesn't leave a very good impression. This all started happening when the owner moved away. Quality definitely dropped since then. read more

I own 8 vehicles trucks and American & foreign they really are honest and their labor rates and trained techs can handle any repair or maintenance needs your vehicle needs! After fours years of trying to support this local business. I have given up. Every time I go in, they make a claim of some impending doom. First. They broke the tether on the gas cap during an inspection and tried to hide the fact by using a screw to reconnect the tether. Second, they claimed the dent in my oil pan (that had been dented for 3 years) would restrict the oil flow and cause engine problems. Third, I showed up get an oil change and they brought car out and wanted to charge me $147. To he manger got pissy when I said my last oil change was only $75 and argued but finally reduced the price. Fourth, I went for an oil change (got the price ahead of time) and inspection. While waiting, the kid driving the car in walked over and with a look of great concern on his face, proceeded to tell me he was concerned about the transmission. It hesitated and he could hear some grinding. Bull! When I said there is not a thing wrong with the transmission, he said. "You don't have to listen to me but I AM a professional." I got my keys and left. I'm done with them. "Integrity" Car Care, putting it in your name doesn't make it so. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DIESEL TRUCK HERE! I've taken my truck here many, many times. All of it was a mistake. They did incorrect work on my truck by replacing 1 wire and it could have caused my truck to burn down if I didn't get it looked at by a professional. They also gave me a quote of $3,400 to fix my truck at one point.... I brought my truck home via tow truck and fixed it myself for only $200. They might (I'm not sure) be okay at working on small cars and gas vehicles but DO NOT take your diesel truck here. They will mess it up and charge you 5x the price. read more

NEVER AGAIN! My wife took her 2007 Lexus RX350 to have the brake fluid checked, since the brake pedal suddenly was going down almost to the floor. They supposedly looked at the issue and told her that the brake fluid was fine - and told her that she owed $25.50 - which she paid. She came home and we looked at the paper work they handed her and it was for a Texas Vehicle Inspection report, which she obviously did not need since her windshield sticker is current until February, 2022. I called them, asked for the Manager and was told he was out. I then talked to the lady who told my wife how much she owed. She claims that my wife told them she wanted a car inspection - which is totally incorrect. As I said earlier, NEVER AGAIN - "Integrity" may be in their business name, but they certainly don't practice it!!! read more

I took my 2006 Chevy to them it had some brake problems with the abs and the check engine light was on I new the knock sensor was out. So they but abs sensors on and new tires in the front. Said come get it so I payed around 700 for thim to fix it. I made it to house and brakes went out no fluid in brakes and lights on. I called them talked to Mike very nice guy said bring it back will fix it. They said back brakes need to be replaced and sensors where no good and would get more sensors. Would be 300 more I know I payed it and after two weeks the owner Cash cussed me out and told me not to come back but Mike called me and told me that they owes me $300 then Cash calls and said he would give me 150 I said no 300 he did not call back with the 300 so Cash here is my review on integrity. read more

Overall amazing business, I was recommended to this shop by a friend and let me tell you they did not disappoint! First I was greeted with a warm welcome and I was only there for an oil change and inspection but these two young boys Isaiah and Levi did so much more. They vacuumed out my car, checked my filters and let me know I should wait til the next oil change to get new ones, they rotated my tires for me because they saw that they were wearing uneven also put air in tires, and they topped all of my fluids off. Our 2000 F150 was dropped off here because the blower in the a/c system was not working....they call us two hours later to tell us it caught fire in their bay!....and of course, they refusing to take responsibility....i will keep this post updated with further info....as of now, they are no good! we are aware a 2000 f150 is not that valuable but "cmon"...it wasnt catching fire when we had it! thanks mechanic! Updated. We had a lawyer look at the situation. One certified letter later and they wrote a check. Will not be going back. read more

My boyfriend took his truck here and said the guys were great and very honest. Even drove to our house to take him back home and picked him up later. Originally they diagnosed what appeared to be a rather easy fix but upon further inspection the mechanic took a pic with his cell phone to show that a part was previously broken had been repaired with zip ties and glue. So they shopped around for the part and charged us a very reasonable repair fee for two parts and labor. It has been a week since the repair and my boyfriend is thrilled that the truck is running so well read more

Took my car in on1-16-2012 at10:00am for a tune up, was told I would get a call in about one hour a's to the charge. At 4:15 I called them to ask why no one called me, they said a mechanic had went home, 200 for a tune up and over a hundred for a coolant flush. Told them to just do the tune up. No phone call, they closed at 6:00 Nothing was done to my car, after messages and emails to them, I got a call at 6:30 Got my car back, no work had been done on it, a whole day shot, I have to drive to Austin in the morning Will never do business with these people again!!! read more

They were going to charge over $1,000 to install a part that I found out costs $200 and takes about 1-2 hours to install. Even if they charged $100 per hour and doubled the price of the part it would have only totaled $600 max. So I would say watch out and at least get a second opinion after taking your vehicle to this place. read more

I have a 90 model Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup that was need of two back tires in a serious way. A friend of mine referred me to Mike at Integrity. I called Mike and got a price out the door for two tires. I checked a couple of other places and no one could come close to his price. Spoke to my husband about it and he said to have Mike order the tires. Called on Saturday and told Mike we were going to do business with him. Monday the tires came in and I took the truck and in about 30 mins to 45 mins later they had the new tires on and the other two tires moved to the back just like they said they would. Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and caring and took care of what I needed. Go see Mike for your needs. He's great!!! Integrity is blessed to have him!!!! My experience on today at this auto shop was not welcoming at all I waited 5 hours for service and whie waiting none of the service techs. acknowledge that I had been waiting so long or even took the time to give me an update on my car, when I finally asked about my car after 3 hours the told me they had to order by part and it would take another 2- 3 hours to receive the part, this is not how you do business I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone. read more

BEWARE..... If you have a diesel inspection done make sure you only pay 14.50. Intergrity is the only place in Pilot Point to get inspections so I go there. In the last month I had 3 different diesel vehicles due, I took them a couple weeks apart to Integrity for inspection and each time they tried to charge me 39.00 instead of 14.50. The first time I can consider a mistake, the second maybe, but the third in a row. I think NOT! Each time I pointed out the mistake they failed to apologize, but quickly corrected the mistake. The third attempt to do this I made a comment to the effect that this was the third time in a row, no apology nor comment from the employee. I must also mention that on my older truck they came to me and stated that I had a screw(tire pressure low) in one of my tires that needed repair and also stated that there was a oil change light that came on and the truck needed a oil change. I declined the servces since I had recently changed the oil (my truck is older and doesn't have a oil service warning lamp) and since the tires already have several plugs in them I opted to pull the screw myself and plug it when I got home, but when I attempted to do this at home I couldn't find a screw in my tire anywhere........ Bottom line I don't trust these guys. It appears that they are selling services that really aren't needed to those that don't know any better. read more
