I decided to go to Kwik Kar. It had been a while since I had got an oil change. The tech's were informative and quick to handle the request. They answered all my questions and also addressed a problem I had been having with my Nissan Altima. Major problems with my car "missing" and dying on me at random without notice. Basically running horribly. They ask about the battery and fact finding questions. Fixed my battery post and purrs like it kitten now. Very impressed with their eagerness to find a resolution for a women without a clue. I thought they could only change the oil but they do much more. I will returning and going nowhere else. !! Been coming here 2025 since my work is nearby, ive done 4 oil changes 2 different cars 2 times each, and i keep telling them to be mindful of their hands, my camry's door side is cloth, and ofcourse these guys just dont care you can see all the dirt from their hands transfer to my door, My first time coming with my 2nd vehicle they show me my cabin airfilter and i said no need to replace ofcourse i said NO, next time i come back they tell me theres no air filter, so when they removed it the first time they were lazy to put it back and the 2nd time i told them you better replace that as you guys STOLE it from last time, they wont replace it I gave them multiple chances but these are guys are just unprofessional, sloppy sloppy work, they do the oil changes and dont care about nothing else at all Ill put in the photos later read more

I took my son's car for what I thought needed transmission exchange but they checked and it was fine,, ran a test and said I needed to take it to a transmission shop... I asked how much and he said nothing I didn't fix it... They took their time to look at it and still didn't charge me! They could have changed my transmission and charged me the 240.00 I expected to pay, but they were honest!! This is why I reccomend Kwik Kar on Golden Trisngle!!! Btw it was standing room only!! I brought my vehicle and my wife's vehicle based on the positive reviews for this place for the emissions testing, so I can get a new expensive sticker for my car. While it didn't take 10 minutes like a lot of the reviews said, I was thankful that they were able to assist as quickly as possible. They had a lot of people needing oil changes and various items. It was also a really warm day, so they got to us as quickly as possible. So I hope someone reads this review and takes their car there for an inspection. I cannot speak on the other services, but judging how busy they were I assume they do a great job. read more

Came for an oil change and without asking, they used synthetic oil which is double the price!! Initially stated they would correct it and replace with standard oil, then came back and said they didn't want to waste the oil. Terrible customer service and will charge you for services you didn't request. Scam! Very unprofessional !! read more

Came in for an oil change. A few hours later there was a puddle of oil under my car. They forgot to tighten the drain plug. I took it back and they got it taken care of. Just disappointing to not tighten the one bold involved in an oil change. read more

Inspections are not required on motorcycles, and this specific location charged $18.50 for an inspection when the inspections prior to January 1, 2025 were only $7.00 for a safety inspection. Not only did they do an inspection when not required, but they over charge. read more

I had called for an update for my inspection since when I went to renew the registration I wasn't able to. Coleton was the one to help me out and he even printed the paperwork for me after I lost the original. Long story short, the inspection was outdated. Went back to get another inspection. I stopped by for a routine oil change on Saturday afternoon. I had been here before. The tech commented on how well maintained my car was. By Monday I was greeted with a huge puddle of oil on my garage floor. I was nervous about driving but I had no choice. I waited for the shop to open and that same tech addressed the issue. He had forgotten to or omitted to install the oil filter. He apologized. My stress level was so high because I only have one car. I was imagining the worst case scenario. I wish they had offered some sort of compensation but they didn't. I'm still cleaning my garage floor. I had never had a leak before. I'm not quite sure if I'll return to this place. read more

This place is TERRIBLE. I went here 4 months ago because my check engine light was on. I asked them to check it and a SHORT HEAVY SET BLACK MAN (I'm black btw so chill) said he would check it for free. Little did he know I was on ft with my friend so my Bluetooth was still connected to my car. As I was sitting in the lobby she texts me and says "they're talking stuff about you" my heart drops and I asked her what they were saying. They said "yeah she's pretty but girls with beaters cats stink" (mind you a 2011 Honda accord coupe v6 engine) beater? Oh ok. SO NOW IM PISSED AND THINKING HOW TO APPROACH THIS SITUATION. I think to myself "calm down let them finish then confront them" time passed and he tells me he's finished. I walk back there and he gets to explaining what was wrong with my car "you had squirrels living in your car and it's just a glitch in the system your good" after he finished explaining I said "which one of you said my cat stink" his friend said "it's not me" and walked away. He said "I'm sorry it just you drive a beater" (he drives an old Lexus) I leave and my mom cusses them out. Time goes by and my engine is sounding weird. I go to a new shop and guess what MY KNOCKER AND CONNECTER ALONG WITH MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER IS MESSED UP. So now I had to pay near 2,000$ to get that fixed and I think my engine is messed up as well. Mind you I drive a RELIABLE Honda, that should not be the case and I like to take care of my car. So don't go here unless you want them to talk about your private parts and have dummy's miss diagnosing your car . read more

took my sports car here for a state inspecection last year the young guy doing the inspection took it for a test drive as thats part of the inspectio. when they were finished and I got in my car to leave I couldn't find the key so in my search I found it under the passenger side seat but I couldn't get to it because the seat is low on the floor. I left the key on the council and the only way it could end up there is my sports car was the inspector was abusing my car by making a fast hard left turn then accelerate agressivly. I told the inspector he had hot rodded my car told me how much he liked my car. I wrote a complaint to to management and never got a response and to date the guy still works there. I'm not one of those people that complain however but at least an apology from management would be proper. read more
