They replaced my tire without my permission and wanted to charge me a prorated fee. I told them no one talked to me about a tire replacement and to put my original tire back on and I would go elsewhere. They decided to not charge me for new tire. I appreciate that, but the problem of just doing what they want to your vehicle without permission is the problem. I guess they have to make money somehow since Texas doesn't require inspections anymore. I have been a Tire Discount customer for several years. This is not a first time mix up they have gotten me into. I believe I will start buying my tires and getting tire and wheel service from SAMS.
