I spoke with who I believe is the owner, Eric who was friendly on the phone, shared the cost on the phone and mentioned I could come right away. I came to the shop where I was quickly greeted and served. One of the staff looked over my car and shared what needed and didn't need to be fixed in less than ten minutes. They have a small waiting area with plenty of books, magazines and a water cooler. I paid a fraction of the price I would have paid at the Honda Dealership and was given advice about car maintenance from Eric. He tightened everything up, explained the issue, and didn't even charge me for it. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. A lot of places could have tried to sell me on repairs I didn't need, but they were straightforward and helpful. Great customer service and definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

Compressor absolutely turns on. I can HEAR IT. Didnt bother checking power steering because so far all ive seen is confirmed lies. Basically, if youre willing to be ripped off, these are the guys to go to. Theyre gonna drain your clean brake fluid AND your wallet all in under an hour.

I questioned my oil change on my truck and I wanted to see proof that my oil was changed. He had to help me get approval from the company but after that, Daniel allowed me to view the entire oil change process. In the middle of the change Daniel walked to my truck and inspected the service technicians work. I'm 66 years old. I've seen this country slowly move to substandard work ethic. They don't look at there quality of work as much as they think they're not paid enough, so why should I care. I wasn't raised like that. It didn't matter what you were paid, what mattered is your name was on that job! I miss that kind of integrity. If you didn't like what you were paid you worked harder, until someone noticed your work ethic and they offered you a better higher paying job! That's capitalism, you work harder until someone notices and your life will change for the better. Socialism, you all half work for the same half pay. Hard work achieves nothing. He offered no solutions at all and just kept saying, "what do you want me to do". OMG, worst business acumen ever. Then he charged me over $500 to replace a fuel filter with a smug grin on his face. Never again! Highly recommend going to another shop, really anywhere else would be better than this place. Their Grapevine location has always been great and is well worth the drive instead of dealing with the Keller location drama.
