I had my shared fence replaced in December 2023 and recently noticed some issues with the installation while I was working on the roof. I would have never seen this if it wasn't for the ladder and the top down view. As you can see in the photo, several screws completely missed the structural post and are just hanging in the gap. It's frustrating to see "professional" work where the hardware doesn't actually connect the fence to the support. I really expected better quality control than this. If you use them, I'd recommend double-checking the joints yourself to make sure everything is actually secured. I made the mistake of never checking until now. read more

Will hire again! We had been dealing with fencing companies since August trying to get our back fence replaced. We have a 65 foot long fence that was built on a retaining wall. Scheduled a good neighbor fence replacement (approx 100') through Yelp. Of all the responders, Integrity Fence (Brian) was the only one whom I met face to face. Asked lots of questions and was very pleased w the responses. The crew leader, Bud, and one other arrived on time (0800) to begin the demo. By the time the other 2 members of the crew arrived, the old fence was removed, and all post holes were punched and cleared out. They were very efficient in getting the job done. I believe the last picket was in by 1230. One of the crew members kept the worksite clean...picking up empty cement bags and all the scrap lumber. I would definitely hire Integrity Fence again. Their redwood supplier mistakenly ran out of stock on they lumber they had ordered, and therefore substituted a higher grade of lumber than originally ordered. It was a please talking with Brian today. I posted a fencing project on Yelp and his company immediately responded. To date, I have received 2 other estimates but Brian spent extra time, after walking my property, explaining the various aspects of the project and the impact some of these items will have on the final cost for me. Money is always a factor when selecting a bid award, however, customer service is very important as well. The estimate I had was apparently to be thrown out the window as they charged me an extra $450 on the day they collected payment...$450!?! Said they made a typo on the estimate/contract I signed...which again I still don't have a copy of. Brian explained everything that his crew would be doing. Discussed that he would also introduce himself to my neighbors to see if they had any questions. I received several quotes and Integrity Fence and Gate was not the lowest BUT they didn't didn't talk down to me because I was a woman! Nor did they try to get me to hurry and make a decision. Integrity Fence and Gate rebuilt a fence in my backyard between two neighbors in less than 2 days. One of my neighbors requested that they use a different type of wood for two (2) boards and Jeff graciously went out of his way and picked up the two boards for her.... Then my other neighbor asked that they use a different type of material instead of the standard 4x4 beams. Again, Jeff didn't hesitate. He accommodated the requests of both my neighbors. Integrity/Isbell Fencing did a great job replacing our fence. I am surprised by the negative review. Brian was quick to respond to my quote request. He actually ended up calling and coming a few days early to quote the job in the rain when others had rescheduled due to weather. I got the quote quickly. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. A fence is very expensive with current lumber prices, but his quote was reasonable considering. Brian followed up a couple weeks later (we were still gathering quotes) to see if we had any questions or had made a decision. I chose them because I like to support small family businesses and they seemed reliable, which is so uncommon in construction. Our job did get pushed back a day because they ran long on another job due to the crazy heat and then another day because they weren't happy with the boards they received. Brian was transparent and communicated all this clearly. When I was stressed about being done for the memorial day weekend he assured me it would be.
