EDIT: never have i ever had to add to a review until today. i posted my original review earlier today, still a satisfied customer. that was until miss Taylor Scwarz the owner and CEO of this establishment decided to text my partner this VERY unprofessional message. Taylor is upset that i gave such review about her establishment. well Taylor to be frank, if your establishment wasn't so shitty you wouldn't have gotten this review. i said nothing but nice things and encouraged others to still visit your shitty location. i tipped, personally thanked and promoted your shitty business. i didn't make mention of how Sonia mistakenly threw away my food or how ugly your decor was nor talked about the smell of mediocrity stinking up your place. i gave props where they were due and vocalized where they could improve. it's an honest review so that people can have an opinion on whether this is worth their hard earned money. how truly unprofessional of you for sending this bs. i wish i could get a full refund from this place and i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND spending your money here. especially with this ungrateful piece of trash of an owner. i would give this place a negative rating solely based on your poor behavior. my partner even offered to pay you because of you getting sick and needing to reschedule the facial i was supposed to come back for. literally offered you more money even after my experience, are you serious? this is a platform for others to help you as a business owner in areas you may not see yourself. you can kindly do us all a favor and remove your business if you can't handle the public's honesty. i've had business owners reach out, appreciative of the feedback i've given as a paying customer and none have gone about it the way you did. just terrible. DO NOT spend your money here folks and i'm sure they won't be in business very long with this kind of ownership. went from 3 well deserved stars to 1 well earned shitty star. i will be posting this anywhere you have your business listed. congrats on playing yourself..
