The carpets were not cleaned properly, and the odor we specifically asked them to address remained, even after they charged us extra for a deodorizer. We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. We cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest others look elsewhere for carpet cleaning services. We will be reporting to the BBB

After sending my initial inquiry by e-mail, I received a phone call back from Mike within the hour. He was friendly and professional, and was able to schedule our inspection for a date that was only 4 days away from the date that I contacted him. Setting up the inspection was incredibly simple, and I really liked that all the pricing was clearly laid out on the website, so there were no surprises when he sent me the invoice. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and the report was well-organized with all issues categorized by level of severity and accompanied by digital photos that clearly demonstrate exactly what was going on. Despite including an impressive level of detail, Mike had the report in my inbox within hours of leaving the property. To top it all off, 5 days later I checked my mail and was surprised to find a thank you card from Mike, letting me know that he appreciated our business and hoped we were happy with his service. Needless to say, this was an understatement.

I currently live in an apartment complex owned by this real estate agent…read more In 2020 there was mold reported in the unit. The tenant was very concerned as they are allergic to mold. Tenant did mention that this is a health risk for them.... The maintenance guy came by to wipe the mold down with a mold killer spray. A painter was promised to come out to seal the molded area, which didn't happen.That's it, no mold test, no structural examination and no further plans. The mold came back in 2021. Again the tenant reports the mold, says they are allergic and presents doctor documentation as support.... The same advice given from 2020 was given which was for the tenant to maintain the mold issue with proper air flow and dehumidifiers, not the landlord. It felt like pulling teeth to have maintenance come out to do what was promised to the tenant , which was to look at the issue and to measure the moisture in the unit. to note as well: there was no compensation for the mold issue for the tenant. Like offering a different unit and to buy dehumidifiers for the space. There was a rent discount given after asking if we could get compensated for the unexpected expense of the recommended dehumidifiers but didn't cover the full cost The neglect of communication to the tenants, the issue not being handled correctly in a timely manner, the neglect of costumer service, and no concern for the safety of the tenant living in this mold infestation has caused the tenant to threaten to leave the unit in a legal matter. Then after submitting a termination letter to request that we leave if the issue isn't fixed in 7 days,( this is our right as a tenant) the owner replied saying we will need to go to court to get out of our lease, which seems to be a result of the owner not knowing the law as well... I will NEVER recommended this apartment complex to ANYONE as they do not care for the health and safety of the PEOPLE in the units . It only seems we are dollar bills to them....
