Our pressure line burst in our upstairs bathroom at about 1am. We woke up to a literal waterfall…read morepouring out of our basement ceiling. Andy was really great at keeping me calm and assuring me that everything would be taken care of; and that's exactly what happened. Like I said I panicked so I called the Cedar Rapids Restoration when we live in Dubuque, and they willing did the drive everyday to come out and work on our house. Andy and crew, came out immediately and arrived at the house at 3am and worked until the water has been contained. Like I said, they continued to come out and reassure us that everything was going to be fine. He was very up front with the situation and walked us through everything we needed to know. Aside from the whole extreme water damage situation, it was a great experience and nice to know someone really cared about us and the situation at hand.
