Today I visited the Southaven location and in comparison to the Germantown location it was a HUGE…read morelet down. The sales associate at the Southaven location was EXTREMELY rude. There was only 1 person working so I patiently waited for her to finish with another customer. When she finally got to me a man walked in looking for perfume. She walked away from as I was talking to point him to the perfume and continuously yelled out to him about him needing help or if he needed something. Honestly I felt like she thought I was not going to purchase anything significant and was trying not to lose the man's sale. (Even though she doesn't work on commission.) Ultimately, the man felt like the fragrances cost to much and left. Of course by this time I am irritated. I asked for samples of a few products and I will just let you all look at the differences in the pictures. Southaven Sales Associate: The sales associate said " it's not meant to be a full use. It just for you to put somewhere like behind your ear to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction." Germantown Sales Associate: "this should give you a couple of uses to make sure you really like the product!" The Sales Associates at the Germantown location were EXTREMELY attentive. Asked me questions about what I was looking for and skin issues I had and then made suggestions of products and gave me FULL samples of EVERY product I asked for without question or excuse. I live in MS but I will drive ALL the way to Germantown EVERY-TIME I want to buy something from now on. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THE SOUTHAVEN LOCATION!

A couple of weeks ago i was going through some stuff and wasnt able to walk like i normally could. I called and told the girl working there who i was, she remembered immediately, and when i explained my situation, she offered to come to my car, get my card to run inside and then bring me my stuff back to the car. You just dont see people like that anynore these days, and to see it in a small business that was kind of busy that day just really made the most incredible impression. He also helped us get a needed coolant flush done. When the initial problem was confirmed to be present and covered by warranty, he helped us to get a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place. Items that were totally not under control of Mitchell were the acquisition of the needed parts by the dealership, so we know that is unavoidable. I will definitely reach out to Mitchell for any other problem than we have and know that we will be dealt in a fair and competent manner.
