Mitchell did a fantastic job of guiding us through the process of having a warrant, covered problem cared for, as well as another warranty covered problem that surfaced during the evaluation. He also helped us get a needed coolant flush done. When the initial problem was confirmed to be present and covered by warranty, he helped us to get a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place. Items that were totally not under control of Mitchell were the acquisition of the needed parts by the dealership, so we know that is unavoidable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My overall experience with Randy Daniel was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On March 2, 2026, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I was the sole buyer, accompanied by my wife during the shopping process. I clearly listed my phone number as the primary contact and my wife's number only as an alternate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On March 17 at approximately 7:45 PM, Randy contacted my wife--who was not the buyer--from a number flagged as spam (901-746-5927) that could not be returned. He claimed he was calling about a survey. My wife immediately directed him to contact me, the actual purchaser. Despite this, Randy insisted on speaking with her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She briefly responded that the car was fine, ended the call, and notified me. At no point did Randy attempt to contact me directly. I went to Wolfchase Hyundai to report this issue. Upon arrival, Randy approached me and asked what was wrong. I informed him I wished to speak with a supervisor regarding his inappropriate contact with my wife instead of me. While waiting, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Randy made dismissive and confrontational remarks, including stating, "go ahead, they're not going to do anything about it." He then escalated the situation by telling me, "you can't come in here running nothing," followed by, "you don't know me, you don't want this smoke, and I know you know you don't."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I found this language threatening and entirely unprofessional. I reported the incident to Mr. Che and Mr. Nelson, clearly expressing that such statements constitute a veiled threat and are unacceptable in any customer interaction. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and conduct that should not be tolerated in any business environment. read more

Brought our Equus here to be serviced. I'll start with the good, because there are a couple of good things to be said. The waiting area is spacious and filled with amenities. If they're able to get to your car on the day you bring it in or you need to wait for some other reason, theirs is very, very nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The CS associates in the service area are also wonderful and when your car is there, they're highly communicative.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One star for each of those points. On to the bad... * Kept the car there for almost two weeks and didn't even fix the issue. A dealership that large, with a service center that big with, presumably, plenty of mechanics should be faster. * They didn't truly fix the issue we brought it in for (it keeps going into limp mode, at random); they just put a new battery in it, charged us and sent it back. Today it had the problem again. * The battery terminal wasn't properly secured and wouldn't start as a result after we got it back home (once I took care of that, it started up and went back into limp mode). * The plug where you read error codes was pulled out with the wire fully extended across the floor instead of putting it back neatly where it's supposed to be. As one would expect. * They gave it back to us covered in bird $#!+. It really made it feel like they were just trying to send a message that they didn't care at all. If you bring in a new car that you bought from them, you probably get great service and they put you at the front of the line. They want Equus and Genesis owners to go to that shop because it's "The Nice One" but even if they're *truly* busy and completely on the level, I couldn't help but feel like they gave us the finger due to how they handled it. If everything came back to us as it was supposed to be --battery connected properly, everything tucked away neatly, as clean an exterior as when we took it there-- I wouldn't be suspicious. But they did themselves no favors at all in the way it was returned to us. If you're a Genesis or Equus owner and don't live close, do yourself a favor and take it to the other Hyundai that will service them. It's not going to be as nice a waiting area but their mechanics are knowledgeable and seem to be on the level with you. read more

Worst experience ever. If I can give a 0 I would. I dropped off my car 9/19/24. They called the same day and said parts are being ordered and would be here the following Wednesday . I went to the dealer to get trailer wiring installed in hopes that it would be done correctly. The service on the Palisade was not done correctly and I had to clean up after the service guys and I will have to find someone else to properly install the plug for the lights. After paying over $600 to have a light plug installed it was just cable tied to the frame of the hitch receiver under the back of the truck requiring you to get down on the groud to even reach it. Bad work for sure. Can't imagine the installer ever connected a trailer plug before. read more

The only reason I go to dealership repair places is for warranty or recall repairs due to cost. However, this location continuously refuses to perform recall work without effort. On this latest one, they requested I pay them a $200 non-refundable fee to maybe get the repair after they look at it. I'm not about to pay them to maybe get my car repaired. Especially after I've been to another auto shop and the mechanic cited the 3 codes present to warrant engine replacement per Hyundai Recall and informed me that they should be performed for free by a dealership shop. So my advice would be to not buy Hyundai in Memphis. The repair people are uncooperative on recall/warranty repairs. read more

I had a safety recall sent out by Hyundai and the first time I went up there, they didn't have the part. I was not happy but I went on and got a full car check/up since I was already there. There is always a several day wait. It does not matter if you need an oil change or something that can be done quickly. They will tell you to drop your car off and leave it for several days. Everytime. They will say they are booked for weeks etc and are doing you a favor to try and get to you in several days. This is such an inefficient way to run a service business. Why not have at least one service bay devoted to people who need work that can be done in an hour or less. Why subject every single person to super long waits? People trust the dealership more than other car mechanics that's why they choose the dealer but it's horrible to have such consistently long wait times. My car was hesitating and acting like it wanted to cut off. I took it by the dealership. My car was under warranty still. They diagnosed two spark plugs as causing the misfire and changed those two. I always wondered why didn't they just do a tuneup. They could have out on the paperwork a tuneup was needed and simply swapped all the sparkplugs. Now my car is no longer under the warranty and guess what. It's doing the same thing. The manager Keith is courteous. He appears to be a nice man. But something needs to be done about the service times and even though they can't handle the service they already have they are aggressively expanding for new business. I received extremely poor customer service, and was Misdiagnosed by a long shot, after resetting my computer by removing my battery my issue was immediately fixed I was quoted 4 grand for a part and labors when bought used is 150$ and new 350$ this was terrible along with my rep had close to no idea what he was talking about. I purchased a 2022 GV70 on 11/15/2023. When test driving the vehicle I heard a minding noise. The used car manager drove it and stated he would make sure it's taken care of. I was reluctant to purchase the SUV. I asked it they could fix the vehicle first and then I would buy? Of course they stated" it's an online special and if someone wants to purchase they WILL sell it. So I went ahead and purchased the car. I drove the SUV for 2 weeks and numerous amount of times calling them regarding the repairs. Finally it was dropped off on 11/30. They informed me that after performing the test to stop the noise it failed and that they were going to put in a new transmission. One person said the transmission was there another said it had to be ordered. Finally it was confirmed that the transmission was not there and they weren't sure if the arrival. It is now time for me to pay a whole car note and still I haven't heard from anyone in a week. The communication is awful and very unprofessional. When you purchase a whole car you expect more from a dealership especially when you purchased it 6 weeks ago and have only driven it 2 weeks . At this point I don't even want the SUV! We left 3 voicemails to follow up on our expiring temporary tags with no return call. After an email to the GM, we received a snarky voicemail from Crystal about how she did her job correctly. (And no direct reply from GM) After contacting our county clerk to further investigate, we discovered that they had also not had a phone call returned to correct an error the dealership made on the registration, in addition to submitting insufficient payment.
