Very disappointed with the customer service and handling of my claim. After being told I would receive a mid-size SUV while my luxury SUV was in the body shop, I was instead given a very small sedan that does not fit my family's needs. Even after confirming that better vehicles were available, the company made no effort to help or accommodate the situation. I worked with Jeff Lombardi (manager) and Madison Durham (claims adjuster) during this process, and the experience was very frustrating and unhelpful. Poor communication, lack of care, and a very disappointing overall experience. Good customer service matters, especially when handling claims caused by their insured driver. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no trust or confidence in doing business with this company in the future. read more

This company is truly all about integrity! Years ago, they literally saved my life ( I wrote a review then) as I had 3 days to get the insurance that I needed to use at Stanford medical where I had many substantial treatments including chemo , radiation and major surgery. Glenn and the person who takes care of the details, Brandy, have been our sole source into small business, then personal, and now Medicare for 8-9 years. Horrible, terrible customer service. Literally took two weeks for them to pick up my call. I've asked for them to email me important info about my policy 5 times and still nothing. Unfortunately I'm linked to them for now, I'm working on seriously never doing business with them again.
