Friendly reliable drivers, clean cars... Initially found the firm here on Yelp and arranged for just a sedan to pick us up at the Indianapolis airport on a late Friday evening. Our driver met us promptly at the foot of the escalator, took us to the baggage carousel and helped with the luggage. The car was a nicely pointed late model Lincoln and the ride across town was quiet and smooth. We were meeting friends for a late meal and, one thing leading to another, we needed another car but for seven. the car arrived within half an hour and again, the driver was great. Car too. No issues. We decided to use them for the next day and also for a ride to the Saints-Colts game on Sunday. The following day we used one of their executive vans with a "party bus" configuration. Very nice ride and the driver was great. We went shopping at a mall in Fishers and asked him to wait for us. I could go on, but the essential point is that they are reasonable, friendly, the cars are in very good condition and nicely stocked. I will use them next time I'm in Indy. read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRITY LIMOUSINE SERVICE LLC. I will never ever use this company again in my life! My husband and I used this company for our wedding day, worse decision ever. From previous reviews on this company, thought it was going to be legit and the party bus looked awesome from the pictures. Let's start from how the service was going from the beginning. I told the driver Manny to head to the Mavris, because that is were our wedding venue was at and were the rest of the bridal party (groom, groomsmen, and photographers were waiting on us). Instead he started to head the other direction away from the venue. We ended up off of west street near IUPUI, and that is about good 10 minutes away from the venue. I told him he was heading the wrong way and got an attitude with me saying I told him to head somewhere else. As a bride, I know for a fact that I told him to head to the Mavris, not some other location. (As I told Jermaine, he told me that the driver thought we were going to another location for pictures, but how can we take pictures when the only people on the bus was my bridesmaids and I with no photographer? All of my bridesmaid and I were in robes?). That took a total of 20 minutes out of our timeline for pictures. From then, I knew this was going to be a nightmare with this transportation company. Once Manny got us to the venue at the Mavris, my Matron of Honor comes into the room where I was at and said the driver said we only have the bus until 2:30pm. At this point I'm pretty fed up, shouldn't have to deal with this nonsense on your day of right...I told my matron of honor, nope we have the bus until 3pm and we are using it until 3pm. We went off site to Lockerbie area to take some quick pictures. Which we did, we were in a quiet little neighborhood, narrow street. We did that real quick, the rest of the bridal party got on the bus. My husband and I were still on the sidewalk, not even 100 feet away from the bus with our photographer to take couple quick pictures of him and I. Next thing we know, the bus took off without us. At first I thought he was making a quick loop around, but that was not the case. The driver Manny literally left us on the side of the street. From my conversation with Jermaine, he told me that it was our fault because I had to keep track of time and we was to manage it, which is fine, because our bridal party definitely looked at their time and told me there was plenty of time to go back and get us. We didn't lose track of time. Maybe the drivers time is different from what everyone else's phone was saying. In my response, we had 16 people in our bridal party that said there was still plenty of time. They even asked him to turn around and get us, but he kept nodding his head. When the bridal party got dropped off at the venue, they asked if he was going to get us and he said no because he had to go to another wedding appointment. (I'm glad you were not late to that wedding, no way I wanted to interfere with their time, and I know that. I also paid for the bus until 3pm and to make sure that my husband and I to be on that bus and back at the venue by 3pm). In their defense drop off at the Mavris was at 2:56pm, none of our bridal party knew he was taking off without us, cause they all knew we had enough time. Did we go over our time, no we didn't. Was we properly taken care of in my opinion, no, who prides themselves in leaving paying customers on the side of the street? Still, I didn't think it was hard for the driver to say hey I'm about to take off, leaving without you guys if you don't get on the bus soon. Doesn't take much, or even to tell someone from our bridal party that hey I'm about to take off, might want to tell the bride and groom. We weren't even 100 feet away from the bus. Jermaine told me due to late booking, it was a challenge for them. No matter how in advance or later the reservation was reserved, and they've done hundreds of wedding, service should have been 100% satisfaction to paying customers. If they can't handle bookings like this, then don't do it. This was not 100% satisfaction at all. Their driver Manny kept saying he was doubled booked, but Jermaine said they never double book. Very confusing when you hear your driver say I'm double booked and need to be in Zionsville by 3pm then hear from Jermaine saying they never double booked. I feel like there is a lack of communication in their organization. The day of, I received an e-mail at like 6am, what bride actually checks their e-mail the day of? I sure didn't, I have a lot of other things to worry about. Didn't know we could have used a shuttle service if we went over time, but from the looks of it, we didn't go over, and got left on the side of the street with our photographers. I called yesterday left a voicemail and never received a phone call back. I called this am and got an answer. NO response in 24 hours and I had to follow up myself. read more

I have dealt with limo companies before but never have I ever seen a limo service leave their paying customers behind. Not to mention on their wedding day! Like seriously who leaves the bride and groom stranded on their wedding day. That's absurd! The experience for me began when the driver picked us up and was told several times where we were suppose to go but took us on a completely different route. About 15 minutes in the wrong direction and the venue was literally 3 mins away. When we finally reach our destination, he told us the wrong end time for their service. He tried to tell me that it ended at 2:30 and not 3pm. After he took us out for pictures, he decided to leave without a warning, without the bride and groom and the photographers. No warning, just took off. When we arrived at the venue, we had exactly 9 mins left. (I looked at the time) That was plenty of time to go back and get the bride and groom. (They were not that far from the venue) He kept telling us he had to be in Zionsville and won't go back to get them. That's ridiculous! There should be a buffer time between customers. Just in case things happen like the driver leaving the bride and groom with absolutely no warning. Overall, this company has terrible customer service, very unprofessional, and has absolutely ZERO integrity. read more

We reserved with these folks before we arrived at Indianapolis for PRI. They were very professional and quick to respond to our quoting request. Tyrone was on time at the airport and chatted with us while we waited for our luggage. After we got our luggage we got into our reserved car and the driver Aaron if I didn't remember wrong was very friendly and showed us what the surrounding buildings were. We have used Integrity since 2011 for all our limousine needs. Airport service is always on time, and it is so much more relaxing and convenient to have this service as compared to driving/parking/stressing. We feel like vacation starts the minute we walk out the front door! Have had a sedan for 2 of us going on business trips, all the way up to large family vacation group of 14 in the largest limo...all were great. Drivers have all been polite and friendly. The online reservations are easy and in my opinion the rates are VERY reasonable for the level of service. I prefer not to put negative reviews to companies based on one experience however it is in very bad taste when a wedding party is booked for a certain amount of time and we are taken to go and get pictures in a neighborhood and the driver leaves the bride and groom without saying anything to them. They were stranded until the wedding coordinator at the event went and got them that in unexcusable especially since there was at least 10-15 minutes to spare. They double booked on our wedding day, and in order to make it to their next pick up the driver drove off and LEFT MYSELF (THE GROOM) AND MY WIFE (THE BRIDE) AND OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS IN AN ALLEY TAKING PICTURES. They dropped the rest of our party off and did not return to pick us up. We were obviously late getting back, as the event planner had to come pick us up. No refund was given. The driver tried to lie to us also and say we only had the bus until 2 30 when we paid until 3. A bunch of jokers! Legal action will be taken once back from the honeymoon. My daughters' last class was not aligned with the other shuttle services so I had to figure something else out. Not many options in Lafayette/West Lafayette. Some limo services were over $500 and not too excited about the job. Taxis were nearly $300 and I didn't get a good feeling about the dispatcher. Responsive, professional, and courteous at all times. Fees and billing were clear and easy to understand. Payments were processed with no surprises. He was happy to allow me to inspect the limo bus prior to rental. We rented the 24 passenger limo bus for transportation from wedding to reception with several stops for pictures along the way. Fail. Been waiting with about 50 others for the promised shuttle after the Final Four. We ran to the designated stop after the game only to see the bus pulling away from the stop, early. Have been waiting an hour no bus in site. They had promised enough buses for after the game and definitely messed up....a phone call to them to ask their eta was met with a nasty attitude from whoever answered their phone. It's almost 1 am and still no bus in site that was supposed to be here at 12. Bus just got here. Unbelievable it'll only fit a fraction of the people waiting. Now people are yelling at each other. The guy who is supposed to be in charge here said he refuses to direct traffic, no lines, a mob of people, those who came after us pushing to the front. The driver won't open the door. Integrity total fail. Haven't seen such incompetence in a long time. Now the man in charge is yelling at all who are waiting. Pathetic. We obviously won't take the shuttle next time! read more
