I actually used Elan a couple of months ago. It wasn't until I needed a quote for an upcoming event that I remembered to post my review. My son is nine years old. Ever since I can remember him talking, he has wanted to ride in a limo. I remember him seeing one in a movie we watched (can't remember the movie). He said, "dad, that's the kind of car I want when I get big." I laughed and kind of brushed it off. About three or four weeks later, we saw one on the highway, and Tyler said, "Looked at, it's one of those fancy hotdog cars." That's always been one of my favorite stories to tell. Over the past year and a half, my wife and I have been toying around with the idea of surprising him with a limo ride around downtown. His birthday was coming up, and so we decided to surprise him with just that. The look in his eye when Jason pulled up in that beautiful stretch limo was priceless. I was trying to find the picture to post, but I couldn't find it. Well Jason did anything and everything I asked in order to make this a fun time for him. He went above and beyond and even asked me who his favorite superhero was, and created a little theme for us. Tyler thought that was really cool. He even asked Jason if he had ever driven around a real superhero. The coolest thing was his response. Jason said, "oh yes. I have superheroes in here all the time. Last week I had a firefighter, and the next week I had a police officer and his wife." What he didn't know about me, is that I am, in fact, a firefighter. Tyler refers to me as a hero all the time, to which I humbly melt. as far as the professional and business side of things, we were well taken care of; but in addition to that, the kind and caring gestures that took place during this process were amazing. All I can say is that this company is awesome. The two dudes that I talk to were both very cool and work hard to get what it was that I was looking for. I wanted it to be special for my wife and my anniversary. I have requested some champagne, which of course we received. One of the guys who drove, I can't remember his name, but he had fresh flowers waiting as well. The glassware was nice, and the limo was very clean. I scored so serious points with the wire. We stay the night at the JW Marriott, which also is pretty awesome by the way. Our plan was to take an Uber home the next day, but because the companies prices are so reasonable, we decided to just take the limo home. They had to have the limo ready for another event that they were doing, but they still made time in their schedule to scoop us up and get it back home. I don't take limos hardly ever, so I can't honestly say that I will be using them anytime soon; however, for those of you that do use limos quite a bit, I highly recommend this company. I saw them on Yelp, but I actually originally heard of them for a friend. I distinctly remember because he said they were the best black car service around. I didn't know what the hell a black car service was. I just always thought they were called limousine companies. read more

Elan Limousine Service is one of the best companies I've dealt with. I book a lot of travel for my boss who prefers using Town Car/Limousine services and we haven't always had the best of luck in other cities as far as customer service and pricing. Elan Limousine Service hit it out of the park on both accounts! I spoke to the owner, Jason, who answered the phone and provided me with excellent customer service. He was extremely friendly and booked the car service himself. I received my invoice and information in my email immediately after we hung up. My boss is somewhat picky when it comes to car service and after her travel back to the airport, she called to tell me what a wonderful experience she had with Jason and Elan Limousine Service. She mentioned she needed to explore the area a little to see how far her hotel was from the venue where she was presenting. Jason went above and beyond and drove her around the area so that she knew exactly where she needed to go and where he would be picking her up the next day. I seriously can't say enough about this limo company. The prices were more than fair and included the tip. Our driver was on time, actually arrived early. He loaded our luggage and held the doors open for us. I'm sure this is customary's but as a single mom of two, this was a nice treat. Jason, our driver, was one of the most professional individuals I have ever met. He was cordial and made us feel at ease with wonderful conversation to and from the airport. I hope people reading this review take my words seriously and give this company a chance to show you how well they can take care of your transportation needs. I called yesterday afternoon for a last minute limo for date night. My boyfriend said I could get us one. I was turned down by every other company I sent a message to. The owner called me and said he needed to make sure he could get a driver at the last man minute. I got a call beck a few minutes later giving me the green light. I didn't know this until the end of the trip, but the driver was the owner! That's good customer service. He was nice, and knew when to give us our privacy also. Elan took my daughter home from the airport after a holiday weekend. Her flight ended up being delayed by 8 hours. Jason at Elan was in contact the whole time and reassured me there would be no issues with pickup. That meant a lot given it was my first time sending my daughter in a car service alone!
