Lyft continued sending drivers to a nonexistent location and when I'd try to explain to drivers it always ended up in a argument and their driver's were nothing but rude from the start. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway.
