Couldn't recommend these guys enough! I had just gotten new WiFi set up at my cabin, which is an air bnb. My friends parents were staying for the week and after they went out on the town, they couldn't get back in cuz we didn't hook up the WiFi to the front door digital lock. I'll try to explain the pure greatness when I worked with Elias. My trucks ignition is stuck. I'm no nerd and can usually figure stuff out like a G. Not this time. Elias hit us with 10-11 time frame for arrival. Shows up right after 10. He danced with the thing for a few solid minutes. I knew it wasn't gonna be a normal walk in the park, but he managed to at least get ignition to move. Moving solid. Another few minutes he has the ignition out! No way. He figured it out! But wait! Still won't turn over. His Initial assessment was that the housing unit now had an issue and it would have been an EXTENSIVE and EXPENSIVE fix. Elias didn't stop. Kept doing what he does for a bit and found the problem. Old pick tool used by a previous mechanic got stuck in the housing unit. Due to being a savage, non lazy, hard working individual, he made sure to be thorough and correctly identify/repair the problem. 5 stars doesn't cut it. Elias at Integrity Locksmith was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem with what I thought was my ignition cylinder. He order the part and we set up a time to have it switched out. Upon viewing and assessing my issue, Elias determined that it was not in fact the ignition cylinder, but in his professional opinion, the ignition starter switch. He referred me to a mechanic, as that is not something that they fix at Integrity Locksmith. He told me that he would return the part he ordered and sent me on my way. I wasn't charged for the time he took to help me, and that was really nice since everything is so expensive nowadays!!
