I bought A pontiac they charged me $4,000 for the car plus tax title license. They told me it was marked down from $7,800 which was A total lie. Later after I paid for the car I found out the car was only worth $1,500 and thats if the mileage was lower the car nearly had 100,000 and was limited edition. I had the car for approx 1 1/2 days and it would not start when I was in the parking lot of A shopping center. I called TC Auto Sales and spoke to Jim he drove out in the tow truck and took the car it took him forever to come nearly 3 hours. He took me with the car and dropped me off at home. Later the next day Kevin the repair man called me and said the catalytic converter went out. He told me it was going to cost $400- $500 to repair I told him I maybe put 20 miles on the car you guys sold me A lemon I got into A very bad argument with him and he said ok they would fix it for free.I would say it was approx A week before I got the car back Kevin kept telling me the catalytic converter costed him nearly $500 because it was shipped from Chicago Illinois. I felt like he was trying to make me feel guilty so I would offer to pay something. Here comes the fun part Jim charged me $175 for towing the car they wouldnt give me the keys without $175 tow charge. I have receipts to prove all this Id be happy to post for people to see. BUYER BEWARE DO RESEARCH ON THE VALUE OF THE CAR AND DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS BY RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!

I really didn't have much money for a down payment but they worked with me and I got a really good car. My Jeep Grand Cherokee lost the alternator during a road trip and the nearest service was Bryden Ford. I have an extended warranty with MOPAR but the contract states that I have to use a Jeep dealership to have the service covered. Jeff & Colleen did an amazing job of not only fitting me in to their busy service schedule to replace the alternator. They also worked with MOPAR to get them to cover the repair bill! BIG thumbs up to Bryden Ford & MOPAR for getting me back on the road again!

Took my vehicle here to have a recall done for door latches freezing and to have winter tires…read moremounted. They ended up scratching both front windows that I just had tinted in four different spots. They damaged one of the tires and rim when they mounted my winter tires. Making that tire junk. The tires are 2021 pretty much new. When they performed the alignment after the tire install, they did it with the tires over inflated and each tire different. The steering wheel wasn't centered after the alignment. And to top it off they "washed" my vehicle that I just had paint corrected and ceramic coating. It looked like they used a dirty rag to wipe the vehicle down. Which put a bunch of micro scratches in the coating. After going through all that, the doors still froze and had the same problem. I ended up fixing it my self and haven't had any issues since. When I pulled the door panel off I noticed they didn't do the recall how it was supposed to be done. They were extremely rude when I told them the issues I found. Apparently it's common to occasionally damage a wheel or tire. Because "they don't have a touch less tire machine". Highly recommend you find a different dealer to get your service work done.

Don't recommend them they say they look over their cars but I think not. Because I also brought the car back three days later and they told me it was a front wheel bearing. But my mechanic looked at it and said it is the drive shaft bearing. Dixon did replace it but it took more than six months to repair.
