My…read morehusband got a call from the dealership telling him that if he bought three tires, he get a fourth free. After consideration, we replaced all four tires. Several times my husband told them to keep the back left tire is only had 4K miles on it. Once we paid, I was given my paperwork and the key. When I asked for the tire back, panic set in, and he disappeared for some time. He rolled out a tire that was destroyed.Prior to me taking my car here, I asked if there would be any problems replacing run flat tires. I was told no, but clearly they had no idea how to remove run flats without destroying the tire. Thanks for nothing. BTW, one back tire for my car is $800 each. Lou Bachrodt is a JOKE as a previous review states. I also will never bring my vehicle here again.

This dealership is shady and full of scammers. They serviced my car but there is no record of the…read moreservice at all. How is there no record of the work they told me they completed? Was my car even inspected or looked over or did they just claim they did the work. When I purchased my 2022 BMW X3 I was told the owners manual was missing because they gave it to someone else who purchased a car and that they order me a new one. I received that in the mail after calling and emailing them 4 months later asking where it was. Then realized my car was also missing the warranty booklet and when I asked for it I was told that every car comes with a owners manual and warranty booklet and that they won't replace it, even though it was supposed to come with my car. They also made it seem like I lost the original owners manual and they just kindly sent me a replacement as a courtesy which was not the case. I have also received the run around when trying to bring up issues and concerns with staff. Definitely not good customer service. I had to call BMW corporate to even receive a phone call back. Then I had 2 other BMWs state I need new tires and the tread wear is bad measuring around .5mm yet this service center said that my tires are fine and only need to be replaced before winter and that the other BMW "is probably just trying to get me to buy tires from them" the manager told me they gave me a discounted rate on tires only for the price to be the exact same that I received from one of their service technicians. The price the manager gave is also $300 more than the price another BMW told me for the exact same tires and installation without a discount. Horrible experience all together.

When she was ready to purchase another car, she told me world-class motors didn't have what she wanted. I've purchased two cars from world class and I know the owner well I first met him as a customer, purchasing a car for my daughter when she was a teenager and then when I was ready for a car, he went and found the car that I wanted. World Class Motors is the kind of place you want to do business with. My daughter decided to go elsewhere and that was a word I can't say kind of show. There were a lot of things that happened there that didn't sit easy with me , so I called Pat. Mind you I didn't purchase a car from him, but he was kind enough to look at the loan and things that this dealership added unnecessarily. He educated me about dealership markups that were on the bill of sale. He also gave me great advice to make a bad situation somewhat better and I don't know how many dealerships would actually do that for you. If you are looking to purchase a car I highly, and I do mean highly recommend that you go to World Class Motors they have an extremely high standard when it comes to customer service. And I could just be biased because I consider the owner Pat, my friend. He treats everybody with respect and transparency. You can't go wrong with his business.

Not a car, truck, return call, glass of water, NOTHING…read more We purchased a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland here at the end of March 2025, we were told the Jeep was 2008 and the Price was $4200. We put down $1500 cash and financed the rest. Upon buying the Jeep we told them the Radio didn't work properly as well as the Gas Gauge. They said bring it back in a few days and they look at it. We were rushed thru the financing process because they were "closing soon" and told we get a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. Upon getting home and looking thru the paperwork we noticed that the financing was $6200+ and th Jeep was a 2006 not a 2008. I called and no response. The next day I took it to get an oil change, the mechanic came out to tell me there was a huge mouse nest in the air filter intake and that the skid plate for the gas tank was completely rusted off and the brake lines were so rusted that if I hit the brakes hard, they'd blow, then in my way home, the Transmission Overheat Sensor light comes on and the Jeep bigs down to 2nd gear. I calm the next day and leave a message, no response or return call, call again the following day, same results, finally I called from a different number, they answered. I explained the issues, they said they'd call back, once again no return call, I call again with in the next few days multiple times and no answer no return call. Once again I used a number and they answer, telling me that it's not their problem too bad. Fast forward a month, I catch on if their FB posts about a car and free 3 month 3000 mile warranty, and I asked, hey do all vehicle come with this, they return my message sattaing yes they do. So I explain myself on FB with a comment, they immediately private message me, oh we will take care of you, we are so sorryz etc etc, we will call you tmrw. No one called for 4 days. Fia lky I get someone who sends me to the "Sales Manager" who says, "if you don't buy a warranty it's not our problem but we will look at it". That was 2.5 weeks ago. One week after they had the jeep, I called and the guy said he didn't know, he'll call back, NO RETURN CALL AGAIN. So once again I have to call them, the guy who answers says "oh yeah it'll be here today, they had to change a sensor on it we will call you back" NO CALL BACK AGAIN, Two days later I call back and inform them that I have work stuff int he Jeep I need to go to work. The guy says, oh yeah we are picking it up today, we will call you back, once again, no call back, this past Saturday I call again, the guy says "yeah it'll be here in like an hour we will call you back. You guessed it...no call back. Now it's Monday. I message the guy I originally chatted with about the FB ad and Warranty info and he replies that the mechanic hasn't even figured out whats wrong. So here we are, 2+ weeks later, no Jeep, 4 days missed with work, nothing has been done in that time. So I contacted Krohn and Moss Attorneys because....still.....no one has called me back. Next step, reporting it stolen. So don't buy from here, they are liars.

Wide selection of cars, decent prices. Constant flow of new cars to choose from. Good experience.read more
