I spent almost $3000.00 for a valve job, which he said I needed, but while he was in there, he failed to tell me I needed a timing chain. After driving my car one week, about 300 miles, it started making a knocking sound, and my check engine light was on. I took it to another mechanic, and had to spend another $1,100 so they could open it up again and replace the timing chain. On top of that, they noticed that the Red Head Motor sports mechanics must have broken the EGR valve, and they glued it back together. The leaky valve was causing the check engine light come on, so I had to pay to have that replaced. I thought I could trust Jim, the owner, but either he or one of his mechanics really messed up. I have not spoken to Jim yet, but I hope he will do the right thing.

The attendant at the AutoZone was super friendly and was able to guide me every direction he gave me a starter jumper kit that I was able to restart my car and get myself down to the AutoZone once I was there he personally helped me to change out the battery in my car and did everything he possibly could to make sure that I could make it back down the mountain and get it to mechanic safely. I really appreciate the time and energy. The gentleman at the AutoZone was able to give me so that my family especially my two year-old son and I were able to Go home.

Should have listened to my intuition and called back and demanded an answer.
