The receptionist also said, the mechanic noticed you have a bad timing belt and it needs to be replaced. We were inexperienced and fell for the scam. The sensor they replaced was no where near the timing belt. It costed us an additional$ 450.00. Two weeks later the problem came back. Beware of these scammers. They probably didn't even change the timing belt or the sensor. We took our vehicle to a different mechanic he replaced the right sensor and we had no further problems. This is one of the worst shop in Victorville. If you are a single woman don't go here by yourself.

That was $1,000 more than the one three years earlier cost. I told him to let me know if it didn't pass smog after the new cat was put on. Instead he called me saying I owed him another $1400 for replacing two plugs and coils! When I balked at it because he didn't have my permission to do the works, he got snotty saying he could put the crappy old parts back on but it would ruin the new cat. At this point I couldn't trust him to remove the new parts and not sabotage something else, so I paid him. This weekend, I drove the motorhome on a 180 mile trip and it still runs rough. In fact, it runs worse than before. I had planned to replace the plugs, coils and fuel injectors myself before he replaced two without my permission. Now I have to do it anyway because he only replaced two. Who only replaces two?!! Most of the work is in getting access to them in a class C. Thoroughly disgusted and definitely know he ripped me off. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.

For the first 2 years the only contact with you was when I called or emailed and it took you 2 to 3 calls before you called back. I do understand it was the goverment covid shut down and you lost alot of employees.But emails and phones still worked . As far as me stopping by your shop and breaking in , hard to break in when all I did was turn the door knob and walk in. When I did stop by I asked for my parts and you said you did not have them. I purchased a TDI engine from him, and though it wasn't in the best shape ever... what do you expect for a 20-year old engine? I was going to rebuild it anyway. Everything was in spec. Threw some new rings and bearings in, took the head to Southwest Engines in San Bernardino to get rebuilt. Painted the block, threw it in the car and it now runs like a dream. One of the only sources for european parts at good prices in SoCal... Recommend!

Took my car in because the a/c wasn't working properly. Explained to the gentleman at the front…read morethat my air conditioner works just fine, until it gets very hot outside. As soon as the temperature breaks 90+ outside the a/c starts blowing warm air. It's working just fine right now but if you take it out in the heat this afternoon it will not work, I'm telling you. He brushed off what I said and said " the Freon is probably low". I told him I didn't believe this to be the case, but please take a look at it. They call me later that day and tell me the repair is done. When I asked what was wrong he says " the Freon was low and you needed a new cabin air filter". Hmmm okay. So I go to pick up my car the following morning, pay him his $120 and I leave. A/c is working fine, as expected, because it's morning and it's not hot YET. 30min later it's pushing 90 outside and lo and behold the a/c starts blowing hot air. I didn't even make it back home and the shit stops working. Did you guys even put an ounce of regard into what I told you was the issue up front? Clearly not. Felt like a take the easy route and spit him out the door situation. Very very poor business practice. Waste of time, money, my breath, my mental energy. Avoid.
