I've been to multiple AutoZone locations in SoCal, and this is the only store that constantly gives…read moreme a hard time about price matching oil, specifically PSM (Parts Sales Manager) Nolan. Today was yet another frustrating experience--Nolan tried to dictate which Walmart locations "counted" for price matching, even though a local store had the item in stock. No other AutoZone has ever done this. To make matters worse, when I left, I caught Nolan snickering with another employee about the situation--until he realized I was facing him. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I've attempted to contact the regional and district managers about this ongoing issue, but I've never received a call back. At this point, I have to wonder if this is a store policy set by management because I never deal with this nonsense at any other AutoZone. If price matching is supposed to be honored, it shouldn't be up to certain managers to make up their own rules. Avoid this location if you expect fair treatment.

They got right to work, and about three hours later they called to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, the technician, Omar, took the time to clearly explain the electrical issue and exactly what he had done to repair it. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Cody at the front counter was equally professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of providing excellent service, they gave me a military discount and even washed my truck before returning it. He was recommended by my RV dealer, and in turn I highly recommend him. Mark was responsive to all my questions from the get go and stood by his workmanship and parts warranty after installation. He addressed my concern with the trailer plug as the truck DIC kept displaying "trailer plug disconnected" and "check trailer brakes wiring" when connected to the fifth wheel trailer. Mark immediately replaced the newly installed plug to no avail. He eventually determined that the problem was with the truck. So, I took it to the dealer where the problem was addressed. Mark was patient and helpful throughout the process. His great professional attitude and customer service made driving all the way from the Inland Empire to Hesperia to visit his shop more than worth it. In addition, the cost to do business with him was very reasonable and competitive. I plan on taking my trailer back to him for all routine maintenance.
