We were new to the area so we no longer had the advantage of the pet sitter we knew for years. I was so nervous about leaving our cat for a 5-day cruise, I was ready to cancel the vacation - until I found the perfect person. After spending a few weeks searching, I found Integrity Pet Services. From the moment I saw Rebecca interact with my cat, it was evident that pet-sitting was not just a business to her, but a passion. She is reliable, trustworthy, and devoted. Every day she sent us a picture of our cat playing or just relaxing. She also included a daily written update. When we returned home after the long trip, it was clear our cat had been well cared for: treated with love and compassion. Zoomie was content, happy, and relaxed. Highly recommend Rebecca with integrity pets, used her for the first time for our 4 animals she took very good care of all of them, she cleaned the cat boxes and picked up after the dogs, brought our packages in from the front door, she went above and beyond what we expected. read more

I was very happy to find a pet sitting service that I felt comfortable with taking care my babies. Jessica was my pet sitter and my kitties warmed up to her immediately. I recommend them to very one! You won't be disappointed...they send you update emails,or I think calls if you prefer...do little extras for your pets, like leave out treats on their blankets for later. My cats seemed much more content when I got home than they have when I have family just come by and feed them. Thank you so much Jessica!! read more

This is a great service. Reliable, respectable to your home and kind to pets. Becca came over to meet our kitties. She was great with them, even though our rescue is a bit nervous around strangers. The send you daily updates, which is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

I have been a client of Integrity 4 years and the care provided to my 6 dogs goes above and beyond. We have utilized Integrity for daily visits as well as overnight visits and I can't say enough. There are few I would trust to care for my dogs as well as my home. read more

I have been using Integrity Pet Services for over 3 years now. I had just moved to Pearland and was at a loss as to where to leave my older dog. I was also keeping my daughter's 2 dogs at the time so would have 3 to board if I went that route. I was delighted to find Integrity. Up to 3 dogs for the same price....YEA! I usually use the overnight service, which in addition to getting a great pet sitter also gives me a house/plant sitter. I have always used Rebecca as my sitter and she has been really good to work with my schedule. Libby just loves her and gets regular walks when she comes to sit. The house is always in good order when I return, an additional plus. Other great services are putting out the trash and picking up your mail if you request it. I totally trust Rebecca with both my house and dog and truly don't know what Libby and I would do without her. I wholeheartedly recommend Integrity Pet Services to one and all. Let me start by saying they are local, they care about our pets, they give them the individual care that each one needs (meds, lotions, etc) they meet the pet prior to intital care and they keep your pets regular schedule as much as possible. They are prompt, trustworthy, veterans which meand they are responsible, and they have never failed me or my pets in any way. These guys have checked on alarms at my house, continued on as if nothing happened when I forgot to pay them before I departed for Mexico (this only happened one time). They send me pictures almost every day along with the highlights of the visit. I have 4 dogs- Cooper who is very hard to please, Monkey who is very energetic and destructive, Walter who is a service dog and therefore he is much more needy than the rest, and Axle who is just an overall handful-- These guys came in, took control, and the dogs ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! Upon making my appointment I was not made aware of the new adjustments in price and charging an extra % to use credit. If I was aware I could have brought my debit card with me but I never use it so I don't carry it. Aside from that I picked up my sweet pup with a hefty price tag of $177.00! That is a bit more than a "small adjustment" to their rates! I absolutely will not be going back.

We have taken are puppy to Pearland Barkway since his first cut and have gone quite a few times since. The front desk employees are always great and detailed, and today was no different. The reason I am leaving this review is just provide feedback about my experience and how I left feeling. When dropping off Lio, my boyfriend and I are super specific about how we cut his hair, because he's a poodle a mix and the cut usually defines that. When I was asked about the cut for today, I asked if we can just do the same as last time. The woman up front even went to find the sheet from a filing cabinet and called the groomer to the front to discuss it with me. She asked if I wanted a "4" all around and I said if that's what he got last time then yes. She copied a few notes from his last sheet to today's sheet. When I picked him up, I was very surprised and didn't even recognize Lio to be honest. I didn't say anything other greet him and give him some love, up until I asked if everything looked good. I said it was muncher shorter than what I expected and again she was kind enough to bring out the sheets and call the groomer out. I showed a video of what Lio looked like when he got his haircut a month ago to the groomer. She said this is what a "4" all around is and I replied I don't know all the terminology about grooming but this is not what he looked like last time. A second receptionist pointed out that his last sheet had notes on there that indicated to keep his hair long in a particular style that obviously were not taken into consideration. I told them, well his hair is gone and I asked well what can I ask for next time so that we can get what we wanted. They pulled out the sheet and made notes with me to ensure next cut would be better. Throughout this conversation, they weren't at all rude but I felt like the groomer realized she had made a mistake. She didn't apologize but said the last sheet had a lot of notes and made it confusing. I also felt it was odd to charge a customer before seeing how the grooming went. I wasn't expecting anything but offering some sort of refund or discount on my next cut seemed fitting due to how much hair they cut off of my puppy. I know in the future to provide photos and be EXTREMELY descriptive. I'm also going to request a different groomer next time we come in. I went ahead and uploaded two photos. One is from a month ago from his last cut and today's; I'm sure you'll see the difference.

This is a smaller LFS that focuses on saltwater/reef tanks. They have quite a few frag tanks with various softies, LPS, and SPS corals that all seem healthy and fairly priced. The staff has always been super patient and helpful when I have questions or when I just want to browse. They've been nice about letting me be particular when choosing specific fish/inverts/corals. They're also very knowledgeable and helpful, especially as I'm still new to this side of the hobby. It seems like Oceanlife is a staple among reef keepers in the area and they've definitely built relationships with folks. People get greeted by first name and seem to be able to special order things as well. All around, it seems like what you look for in a LFS!

Even with the new adjusted hours I unknowingly came in a minute before closing and to my surprise, Nick still took the time to patiently test my water thoroughly and refused to sell me any fish or corals because my water still wasn't ready. Fast forward a couple weeks later and my water is finally ready and they will be seeing a lot of me! What attracted me to this place is that the store is super clean and the prices are generally better than any other marine-life store in the Houston area. The staff is always super friendly, professional and knowledgeable which I am so thankful for as an aquarium novice such as myself. If you're looking for anything saltwater tank related- ocean life should be one of your top choices!!

I adopted a cat a couple of weeks ago from here, and I was very transparent with the fact that I have one at home already with anyone I spoke to. Not ONCE was I told that they DO NOT TEST FOR FiV or FeLV. Imagine my surprise and immediate worry when I email them during my new cat's vet appointment finding out these aren't standard tests. Not only that, but she is also showing a couple of signs of parasites, and has a paw with some sort of infection. This organization put my cat at home in danger because of all of this. I understand they may not have the money to test for two MAJOR diseases, but AT THE VERY LEAST they could have been transparent about it. I wish I could articulate better on how disappointed, upset, and angry I am. I can only hope my new cat isn't sick and my cat at home is well. I literally cannot believe this.

One of the owners named Tiffany was present today and she was very helpful. In terms of selection, they have very reasonably priced saltwater livestock and products from food to coral to pumps or lights. I was in awe of the livestock though. Their tanks are stunning and thriving. I've never seen so many pretty corals in my life. Will definitely be returning and I encourage any local or even traveling hobbyists to check them out.

After spending two weeks with Pawsitive Care, and then doing day training with them for a week, she has improved so much! She's learned to walk on her leash and stay beside me waiting for me to let her know when to walk or stop, she can literally shake off her anxiety when she gets too keyed up, and she's learned to stop jumping and sit to wait for pets instead of climbing all over you. I recently used Integrity Pet Services when we went out of town for a cruise. Our sitter was Rebecca, she was very professional and answered all our questions and we were able to be out of touch for 4 days and felt very comfortable. When we got back home our little Yorkie and Toy Poodle were so happy and it was like we didn't even leave. She took pictures and sent them to use in an email which we were able to open as soon as we got back and we both smiled and couldn't wait to get home to hug our doggies. We will definitely be calling Integrity Pet Services for our future vacation plans read more
