I'm very disappointed with the lack of response and unprofessionalism, especially as a veteran reaching out for help with a sensitive situation. Update: Now the company is not only posting erroneous personal case information, but replied back not trying to refund my money when they told the BBB they would. This is just bad business. I left a voice mail asking for the refund and filed the BBB case after they ignored it. Magically I received a response to that complaint. Attached below is their response to the BBB that I agreed to and closed the case. This whole interaction continues to worsen, and the owner's response to my Yelp review is disrespectful and appalling. "At no time did the client contact us to request a refund.
