Multiple times, the inspector said, "you might want to have someone else look to be sure," regarding issues of building code. I understand that not all inspectors are completely versed on every single area of homes, and he did a pretty okay job with certain things like radon and the roof, but basic building code issues, especially having to do with combustion appliances, should definitely be something that an inspector should understand well. Don't make the mistake we did.
