I am a real estate agent in Cheyenne, Wyoming and I recomment NPI to my buyers and I used NPI when purchasing my own home. They have always answered my calls or called me back within a very reasonable time frame and they have been very easy to schedule inspections with. On occasion when I need, they can easily reschedule inspections just by a day or two without needing to wait weeks. I have had Robert do most of the inspections on properties and he has been great! I do believe Jason accompanied him to on inspection as well. Both were very professional and very thorough in their work. One thing I also really love is that the inspectors take the pictures and fill out the entire report while they are there and going through the property so that you get the full digital report emailed to you within 20 minutes or so of them finishing the inspection. They also have multiple different add-ons you can do which is nice because not every home needs all the same inspections. Two of the big ones are a radon test and a sewer scope. If you are looking for an inspection company that can cover it all, this is definitely the company that I would recommend! read more

First time home buyer. Did a lot of research on home inspection company and went with NPI. They were very accommodating and quick to schedule our home inspection. The day of the home inspection the weather was not great but Robert from NPI braved the weather to get it done. Great company to work with and has many years of experience. Robert was great at explaining certain things he saw needed our attention. Although, the snow and personal items still in the home prevented him from inspecting certain things he was offered to come back to complete the inspection. We had a house inspection done on our home before purchase. We were so pleased with NPI. Jason was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get issues resolved post inspection. Jason was warm, friendly and very respectful in our new home. We were able to accompany him on the inspection. We got a full detailed report with pictures by the end of the day. Jason answered our questions. The receptionist, I first booked with was also very helpful. I wish I could remember her name, I had written it down but have misplaced my paper. Not only do we feel that Jason Kramer was very thorough in his inspection but the company as a whole was easily accessible and prompt in returning phone calls. When Jason had completed his inspection he made time to go over everything with us, and was very willing to answer any and all questions we had and really wanted to make sure any of our concerns or questions were addressed. I am not a expert that is anything construction or construction lingo. Stephen walked me through the entire inspection as he was doing it and explained what he was looking for or what it should be. He further went above and beyond and came back a few days after the inspection to further inspect a concern I had with one of the rooms in our house. I had a home inspection for my first home done today here in Cheyenne, the inspector I had went all the way in and saved me a huge head ache later down the line when he found a gas leak.
