During this construction I watched the service guys clean their tools in the standing water of our pool, but when work was completed they charged us an additional $600 to clean the pool! When they mistakingly measured for the metal casing that covered our automatic pool cover we ended up with a very low grade home made aluminum panel that is quite an inconvenience to move when it is necessary to access, as it no longer has access panels. Every year since the new concrete, they have had to re-anchor the tracks for pool cover. Causing additional service fees and forcing us to lower our pool water mid-season, which they charge us for as well. Our cleanings were regular, but all trash from chemicals was left in storage area. Every year they closed I have had to rearrange the tarp and retrieve it from the pool within the first month. They have no regard for our personal property or equipment, tossing it to the side if it is in their way. This is our final season with them, as stated by others we have seen an increase in not only service fees but now trip charges!!

Lance admitted the work wasn't done correctly and promised to reimburse me for repairs. I paid $6,000 out of pocket to have it fixed properly over a month ago. He keeps postponing payment and hasn't paid me back. The bait-and-switch with companies, the unsafe work, the broken promises - it's a pattern. Check public records before you hire him. The tub shows up (cash only before it goes over the curb) and the head rest cushions are all missing (very queer), the main board cover floating around and I'm yet to find out what else was manipulated. Bob and Corey came out and Corey was very patient with me while I learned how to clean the stove. However, when we got up this morning, the stove would not work at all. After waiting until 10:00 AM to call them, I was told there is no one to come out until Monday. We have never had such poor customer service in an area before moving up here. The people are nice but the service is what customers rely on when doing business. After cooler heads prevailed the problem was solved and they provided excellent service.
