So in a panic and a ton of humble pie I called them and they not only got me scheduled into their schedule for that day but did an amazing job. Alex and Eli showed up loaded up my apartment and then delivered my furniture and items safely to the new location. I can't say enough about Alex and Eli they didn't complain at all and to show up at an un-scheduled job they were amazing!! I have learned my lesson and will never make this mistake again. My move was cancelled via phone 2 hours before arrival and set for the next day. But what I had booked changed. Instead of 3 men and a big truck, there were only 2 and the smallest truck the company runs. I have at least 3 bedrooms worth of stuff and a full garage. My house is maybe 1/4 moved over and I have to do most of this by myself since the move did not go as planned. I don't think I would book this company again for what happened. This has done nothing but add anxiety to my situation and also my job. I have taken off work to find out my move was cancelled. So, the thing is, that's not time I get back because I used PTO. This is a long review so you can tell I am very disappointed with my service. I thought this was a local service but it's just another chain that doesn't seem to understand how much stress you have added to my life in one week.
