My boyfriend and I booked a session at Integrity for our one-year anniversary. We worked with Jason, and, as always, he didn't disappoint. Our matching Zoombini tattoos look amazing! Jason's color work is seriously never to be outdone. His color-matching skills are off the charts. Not a lot of people I'd trust with color work, but Jason's always one of them. The experience was wonderful and relaxing: we didn't feel rushed, and everyone was very attentive. They take their time and pay attention to the little details. Had one of their tattoo artists give me the run around for two months with no work to show for it. The work was a sleeve, which would probably run for 32-40 hours of work at about 3-4 grand. I'm not sure why you would mess around with someone who's going to pay you $4000, but if that's how these guys run their business, won't get any work done by me or my friends. Wouldn't recommend. Take your work more seriously next time. read more

I was definitely intimidated walking into this shop, and the front desk girl wasn't the sweetest, but as a tattoo virgin, they didn't make me feel unwanted or stupid like some other shops did. I only got a small one on my hip, and Micah got me drawn up and out the door in under an hour. He also made me feel at ease, which was so important as I was definitely afraid of the needle at first. I left Integrity Tattoo's this one star review on Facebook. "Never got back with me about drawing my design after saying he would a couple different times. Looks like the work is great, but customer service and friendliness are non existent." Shortly after leaving that review, Jason from Integrity finally got back with me, but it wasn't about drawing up my design. He found it more convenient to reply to my Facebook review. He has since deleted his message to me as well as my reply to him. However, I had a screen shot of them. Here is how he feels about my one star review. I'm just glad he finally got back with me. Jason: "I told you I had a convention to work over the weekend and I would get back to you during the week. This convention was planned long before you ever came into my business and wanted me to design a tattoo for you. I even told you in the message that you sent me that I would get back to you after the convention. I think it's really shitty of you to write a review about my business just because I didn't get back to you as soon as you wanted me to. This is the kind of shit that pisses off tattooers when people come to us and you like our work and you come referred to us but you're not patient with & allow us to do what we need to do to deliver a good product to you. Which is the reason why you came to me begin with. I am a bicyclist myself I, I lost my left leg due to a drunk driver hitting me five years ago and bicycling is very important to me! I was very excited about doing your tattoo, but from the get-go you couldn't be patient and wait for me to take care of the clients that had been booked for months before you. So I honestly think you're the type of client that's & shitty because you didn't get your way like a child! (middle finger emoji)" My reply: Thank you for your professional response. When we first met (October 28th), I told you I was in no hurry. You said you were booked up until the following week. I said no problem. You didn't mention any convention, but the reason for your busy schedule is irrelevant. You have a lot of customers, I understand. Two days after we met, I happened to find a design very similar to what I wanted. I sent that to you via a Facebook message on the 30th. You read the message, but didn't respond. That wasn't a big deal though since it was only 2 days after we met. That week passed and I still hadn't heard anything. Again, I was in no hurry, but an update would have been nice because you told me that you were booked up until that week. Thus, when that week passed, I sent you a simple inquiry (November 6th) to see if you had a chance to draw it up yet. Your response was that you would get back with me that evening, not that you would get back with me after the convention like you stated in your above response. See attached screenshot if you need a refresher of our conversation. That was two weeks ago and I never heard anything back from you since that message. I came into your shop three weeks ago and was told twice you would get back with me. It didn't happen. I wouldn't care if you were booked until January, but if you tell me you are going to get back with me, is it too much for me to expect that you would actually uphold your word? Look, I hate writing a bad review and I even commented to why I left a one star review. It wasn't due to a poor design or tattoo. It was due to a lack of communication and now a very unprofessional message with name calling. Call me a shitty person and a child if you'd like because that is not going to bother me any. However, it does strengthen my belief that you have poor customer service. I'm sorry to hear about your leg. That really sucks, but it's awesome to know that you didn't let that stop you from doing a sport (cycling) that you enjoy. read more

About a year ago i got my first tattoo here with Jason. The line work is horrible and the tattoo never healed correctly. And then when i went back a few months later to get color put in he had raised his prices and was trying to make me pay more than the agreed upon original price. There was horrible customer service and i do not recommend if you want your tattoo to look nice that you go here. read more

I used to live in ofallon and my go to shops were inkwell and screamin demon. After not wanting to return to inkwell due to excessively overpriced tattoos(one tiny tattoo was the same as BOTH tattoos I got that day here at integrity) and screamin demon was closed I decided to try integrity and was NOT disappointed. I was welcomed and he drew my tattoo based on rough sketches and explanation and it turned out far better than I ever thought it could be. He even got 50% tip because of how happy I was with everything. Definitely recommend this shop. read more

All workers are friendly, knowlagable, and helpful. The shop is clean, the artists are excellent and their name says it all. They really put pride into their work. I dont think I would ever go anywhere else for tattoos. Superb :-) read more
