Leann took my call and provided excellent service from start to finish. She worked with me to determine the best vehicle for our 19-person group, obtained all the pertinent information for the pick up, drop off and return, and also provided a special accommodation for one of our guests with a mobility issue. This was an important group for our institution and in reading her notes on the order, it was clear that she was taking the lead to make sure they were treated on her end with the importance that I requested. She went out of her way to make sure our guests had beverages and assigned a terrific driver to bring everything together. Leann also kept in close contact with me throughout the day, letting me know when the group arrived, got on their way, etc. If you ever have transportation needs in Pittsburgh, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
